The apartment features a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen counter seats 6 people for meals together. There are two separate bedrooms with high-quality double beds and two bathrooms, each featuring a walk-in rain shower and Italian tiles. The couch in the living room pulls out to accommodate two additional guests. The apartment is family-friendly.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 hair dryers, an iron, a crib, and a high chair (available upon request), etc., are all free of charge and available exclusively for your use. A TV with streaming services like Netflix and many international TV channels is included. All rooms have outlets with built-in USB ports.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and the house rules—especially the quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.—must be observed.

Parking spaces are always available near the apartment, and there are no parking fees.

The location is perfect for exploring Berlin. The apartment is in a quiet yet central location. The main train station is just a 6-minute bus ride away. Both City-West and City-East are quickly accessible by bus and train. There’s a bike rental shop right outside the door. Renting e-scooters and using car-sharing services are also great options for getting around the city quickly and easily.

The many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity offer a variety of culinary options.

Effective January 1, 2014, the State of Berlin levies a lodging tax—known as the City Tax—on tourists visiting Berlin, amounting to 5% of the net lodging price. Business travelers are exempt, provided they can provide proof of a business trip, e.g., by having their employer cover the bill or by presenting a corresponding letter from the company.
