A comfortable sleeper sofa (approx. 70 x 200 cm) invites you to relax, while the TV, a stereo system, and a diverse collection of games provide entertainment for everyone.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need. A four-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave with a grill function, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are at your disposal. The dining area in the kitchen creates a cozy atmosphere for shared meals.

The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a heated towel rack for cozy warmth.
