Accommodation description:
This house contains three apartments of which you will live in the one on the ground floor. You can use the communal garden and at the front you have access to a private terrace. Upon entering, the very spacious hallway shows all the space. Adjacent to the large kitchen, is the living room with a lovely lounge sofa and large TV. The apartment is very stylishly decorated using lots of wood. This really gives a very warm and cosy atmosphere
From the apartment you walk down the street straight into the centre of Kaprun. Two parking spaces are available, one of which is under the carport. You won't need that car right away with everything close by.
Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding. Kaprun is surrounded by no fewer than three ski areas, including the Kitzsteinhorn glacier area. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. From the village, the modern ski lift goes directly to the glacier area !
For more ski fun, this region is also connected to the Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn ski areas. That means 408 piste kilometres with just 1 ski pass.

In summer, enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain world and take the most beautiful hiking, (motor)-cycling and mountain biking tours here. A must in summer is a visit to the beautiful Stausee with its panoramic views and its modern hydroelectric power station. After a paraglider jump, a breathtaking car or motorbike ride on the Großglocknerstraße is the ultimate completion of your adventurous holiday!
