This thatched-roof beach house with boho touches is located in the idyllic fishing village of Zirchow on the sunny island of Usedom.<br><br><br><br>Information on additional costs and fees:<br><br>Rental rates are based on 4 guests.<br><br>Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.<br><br>The beach house has 2 parking spaces and bike racks for your bicycles.<br><br>The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent.<br><br>The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.<br><br>Costs for water, electricity, and heating are included.<br><br>Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the vacation home.<br><br><br><br>The lagoon coast, located just about 350 m away, is perfect for walks and bike rides, making it particularly suitable for city dwellers seeking peace and quiet and for families—an ideal vacation spot.<br><br>The imperial seaside resorts of Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and Bansin, as well as Świnoujście in neighboring Poland, are also just a 15-minute drive away.<br><br><br><br>The detached “Beachhouse Usedom” was completed in 2022, stands on a plot of approximately 600 square meters, spans two floors, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.<br><br>The spacious combined living and dining area leads directly to the terrace, where you can enjoy Usedom’s sunny days. The terrace is equipped with seating, sun loungers, a parasol, and a gas grill (April–October).<br><br><br><br>In the living room, the cozy couch in front of the smart TV invites you to relax and enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows. A Netflix account is available for your use at the Beach House. On colder days, you can also linger in front of the crackling fireplace.<br><br><br><br>The modern designer kitchen has everything you need on vacation: a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo pod machine, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as an induction cooktop, pots, glasses, dishes, and silverware.<br><br><br><br>Additionally, the first floor features a sauna with color-changing lights, a unique spa/XXL rain shower with many functions, a guest restroom, and an utility room with a washer-dryer combo for conveniently washing beach towels.<br><br><br><br>The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each equipped with a smart TV.<br><br>The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a<br><br>comfortable armchair, and an open-concept closet unit.<br><br>The second bedroom features two queen-size beds (1.60 m), a large closet unit for your clothes, and a desk/vanity.<br><br><br><br>Additionally, on the upper floor, you’ll find a beautiful bathroom bathed in natural light, featuring a bathtub for two perfectly positioned beneath the bat-shaped dormer—for unique moments of relaxation under the thatched roof.<br><br>The rain shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet for your toiletries, and a hotel-style hair dryer round out the modern and comfortable amenities.<br><br><br><br>All windows and patio doors in the Beachhouse are equipped with mosquito screens.<br><br><br><br>Wi-Fi is available.
