Our properties at 6 On The Beach are the perfect places to come unwind and relax with your family in super quiet Mid Town OC, while still being walking distance to food and entertainment options, and just a quick 5-minute drive to the world-famous Boardwalk! We own the top 2 units, so if you have a large family or group, rent both to have the entire top floor to yourselves- 6 bedrooms, 4 baths!

We are on the top floor of a small 3-story building. 6OnTheBeach provides you with a 12x15 deck with a view of the Atlantic, completely unobstructed by the sand dune, great breezes, and peace and quiet. Our property is completely tiled- there is no carpet- so it's always clean and cool

You will enjoy eating and preparing meals in our custom kitchen. We have put a lot of thought into equipping the kitchen to help you feed the entire family. Custom cabinets and lighting, granite counters, stainless steel appliances.
-Coffee- drip coffee, Keurig, mocha pot
-Air fryer, crock pot
-quality cookware and knives, we are cooks too!
-We supply trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, sponges, hand towels, paper towels, etc. When you stay with us, you do not need to go shopping for all the basics.

Our properties sleep 8 guests in the 3 bedrooms
*Bedroom 1 -queen bed, en suite full bathroom, tile floors, ceiling fan, 32 in tv
*Bedroom 2 - queen bed, tile floors, ceiling fan, 32 in tv
*Bedroom 3 - two full beds, tile floors, ceiling fan, 50 in tv

Note- beds will have pillows and comfortors. Guests provide their own bed linens and towels

Full bathroom 1- en suite bedroom 1- walk-in shower
Full bathroom 2- shared by bedrooms 2 and 3, has a tub/shower combo

Family room features an oversized sectional sofa that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. 75 in smart tv with cable tv. Soothing electric fireplace provides ambiance and can also warm the room.

For entertainment, there is a 2-person Pac-Man arcade game. Full-sized acoustic guitar. There are also games- poker chips, backgammon, chess, checkers, adult and kids books, and cards for everyone.

The oceanfront 12x15 covered deck features a high top table and 4 Adirondack chairs, all made from Polywood. There is an additional high top table and 2 arm chairs, also Polywood. We provide 4 beach chairs, a real wood pole beach umbrella, boogie boards and misc sand toys for our guests.

Reserved parking for 1 car. Full-sized washer and dryer.

Wonderful location with a spectacular view of the ocean.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 6 On the Beach. The balcony with a fan and a large teakwood made dining out there while listening and watching the ocean a very pleasurable experience. The owner was very helpful when we needed assistance.

Great Find!!

The owner could not have been more accommodating, even checked in to make sure we arrived safely. I don't think we could have received the same level of personal service at a 5 star resort. We will absolutely stay here again.

The condo has a great porch and fabulous view of the ocean.

We experienced our stay during Thanksgiving week. The condo is dated and Well-worn. We could have used some more teaspoons for dining and the cooking utensils were limited and in bad shape. Heating system worked well for the cold days and nights. Nice having Wi-Fi in the unit. The stone floor in the master bathroom shower leaves much to be desired. This is the first time that I experienced Ocean City in the off-season.

beautiful view , great location

The view was great . It was in a great location. We loved being able to bring our dog. The bathrooms were clean . We were there at the end of the season so things were a little worn . The beds were hard and the master bed squeaked if you moved. We had a great time and would definately stay again.

Spacious and Relaxing

Our family of 4 and dog were able to spread out and relax. We spent the majority of our time on the huge balcony with a beautiful view. The easy access to the beach was key.

Great View

Great view and location in O.C. The condo needs a major deep cleaning and the furniture and appliances need to be replaced. Deck furniture needs to be a comfortable set not a dinning set. Central air needs repaired and window units taken out.

The best part of this property is the location and the view

The location with the more private beach and the views were amazing. The house: not so much. Extremely old and outdated. Rusty radiators, holes in the doors. One light in the kitchen over sink. Couldn't see to cook. Range hood was rusty and disgusting. No toaster. Toaster oven didnt work. Wicker furniture was ripped and torn. The bedspreads I would not lay on. Ancient. The pot in kitchen was rusty. Mold in the shower. Dirty lamps. TV worked well. Couch was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Few of chairs on the porch were broken.. Owner did let us in early which was nice.

Location is amazing

Location is incredible- on the beach with a wonderful view. Near amazing bars and restaurants and within walking distance to the board walk. The apartment was as described in size, bedroom with 2 full beds was very spacious. Washer dryer and dishwasher worked well! Not the newest appliances or apartment but wonderful for a beach trip with the OCEAN right out the back door. Would definitely come again. Host is incredibly hospitable - let us check in early and offered to help with recommendations for activities. Great host! Thank you!

What a View!

Just returned from a week at Six on the Beach, and although the weather was cold and blustery, something that has ruined past vacations we've taken, the view from the balcony at this condo is INCREDIBLE, and made what would have otherwise been a washout of a beach trip, a relaxing and comfortable week at the beach ♥ We've stayed at many a beach rental, but none of them compared to this direct oceanfront view with the water being maybe 50 yards away! The steps are no joke, but again, well worth the climb . . .we would definitely book this home again! Thank you Brian for sharing your beach home with our family!

Wonderful week at 6 on the Beach

My family and I stayed at this condo the last week in June and it was just as promised: spacious, clean, and right on the beach. The location is superb, both in terms of access to the beach as well as walkability to many restaurants and other attractions. The condo itself had all of the items that you would need for a week at the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and personable and I would not hesitate to rent from him again. No complaints at all, and we have wonderful memories from our time there!

Happy Renter

The view is superb! I have been going to Ocean City for 40 years and was pleasantly surprised how quiet this beach frontage was! I am used to the beach being very crowded and you need to "reserve" your beach spot early! The baths have recently been renovated and the rooms are large. A lot of space for our family. The owner was very accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our much needed week at the Ocean!

The view from the balcony is superb, and there is a nice beach. That’s all I can say positive about this place. I’ve stayed in 22+ beach homes over the years with a range of quality in construction, upkeep and cleanliness, and this condo is the worst I’ve ever experienced. We found every room to be dirty, from sinks to floors, baseboards and fans, to the windows and under the beds. Bathroom toilets had not been flushed or the seats cleaned, a sink was dirty and one of the drains was clogged. Sand was on all of the floors (it’s the beach, but it should start out clean) and one of the beds, and one mattress pad had dried blood on it. The toaster oven pan was filled with grease, and there was a dirty cookie sheet. I called the owner the next day, and he sent out the “back-up cleaner,” who said she cleans the unit in the winter. She swept the floors, cleaned the bathrooms, and wiped down the fans and baseboards. She found some unseemly items and noted that it appeared no one had swept under the beds in months and that the place was embarrassingly dirty. (She said she left the owner a message to call me, but he never did.) After she left, we spent that night and part of the next day washing bedding so we would feel it was sanitary to put on the sheets. It was 3 days after check-in before the owner sent someone to clear the clogged bathroom drain. Further, my husband found a bag filled with assorted pills when vacuuming under some bins in one a bedroom. (Fortunately, we have no toddlers.) In addition to being advertised as clean, the VRBO description says there is a well-equipped kitchen and the condo is stocked with games. While “well-equipped” is subjective, there were not enough dinner plates or coffee mugs; there was 1 wine glass, no potholders and just a deck of Uno cards. The description highlights Kohler doors in renovated bathrooms, which led us to think the bathrooms were nice. While the master bathroom was okay, the other one had holes in the door, a broken faucet knob, no bath mat and insufficient towel hooks. We faced other issues, too, but I’ll just say this is NOT a place to bring your family. It may be okay for kids who come to party and do not plan to cook. Great view! Overall very good accommodations

Great view of the beach makes for very relaxing stay. Private parking and good location provides easy access between the two main bridges. Good size bedrooms with firm mattresses. Pet friendly. Will repeat.

What a view!

First if I could give the condo 10 stars for the view I would. We had never stayed in OCMD and our week there could not have been better. We got there and were a little early and since the condo had been cleaned we were able to check in a bit early.The condo is clean and has all your basic needs. The stairs were a bit tough but the view made up for it. Coffee on the deck watching the Dolphins and wine at night were priceless. A nice surprise was just how private it was for a condo and very quite. We fell in love with this great town.

Over the 4th!

This is truly an amazing condo! There was so much space for a family of 7 to relax and enjoy the the 4th! The view off the expansive balcony is unparalleled to any other place I have stayed over my lifetime here! Owner is remarkably helpful and goes over and beyond to ensure a happy and peaceful stay!

Birthday weekend

The condo has a great location! Very convenient to restaurants and bars. Saturday morning we woke up early and saw the beautiful sun rise that appeared in the living room/kitchen area. It comfortably fit 6 people. I personally was in the master bedroom which has it's own bathroom. The bathroom was very cold all weekend even though the heat in the bedroom was on. With all of these positives I do have a few complaints. The condo is very outdated; kitchen, heating units and old/flat pillows. It is helpful to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels since there were only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper provided when we got there.

Great location!!

What a beautiful view! It is such a great location and it's nice to have an assigned parking place. I did have some issues with cleanliness, but that was understandable because it was booked at the last minute during the winter. Brian was very easy to work with and he even compensated me since we had to do some cleaning when we arrived! I would book here again and try to give him more notice.

Best Vacation We've Ever Had !!

We feel the description was very accurate! The view from the balcony was amazing! I personally am a dolphin lover, and we saw them every day! The house was extremely comfortable, even with 10 people. The decor is bright and cheerful, and the home is very well maintained. The owner was available not only if a problem arose ( which we had none), but also as a guide to help find things to do or great places to dine! We will definitely be returning next year! Location is great! Close to supermarket and shops! I would recommend this property to anyone! Especially families with children! Even though the boardwalk was driving distance, my children loved this house! They said they will not go back unless it is here! ( And believe me, my children are very picky! ) Renting this will not be a disappointment!

This is a way-delayed com...

This is a way-delayed comment but I just signed up for a week in October, 2008 and realised I never commented on my stay in January! The weather was perfect and watching the sunrise fill the living room every morning was truly a beautiful time of day :) I look forward to returing this October- it's an entirely peaceful retreat for anyone searching for a little solitude and reflection-time.
