Approximately 80 sqm living / usable space for 5 - 6 people.
Ground floor: hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom m. WC and shower
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed), cot and high chair free of charge, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm.
For the 6th Pers. comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
Sun terrace approx. 4x5 m plus small garden (lawn), garden furniture available.
The terrace cannot be seen from the front and rear due to planting.
In front of the house there is a parking space on the property.
Behind the house there is a large approx. 300 sqm garden with a swing and sandpit and a barbecue area.
Garden shed for storing bicycles
W-LAN internet available, free of charge.
Approximately 400 m to the beach / North Sea lagoon as well as to the center with various shops.
Approximately 200 m to the children's play barn.

In the main season (end of June to end of August) we rent weekly, i.e. 7, 14 days etc. The arrival / departure on Saturday, by arrangement also on Sunday.
The price shown is for an occupancy of 5 people.
For the 6th Person surcharge € 15 per night.
