Summary:

Enjoy the endless lake views at this elegant Gilford home, perfectly nestled on the scenic shores of Lake Winnipesaukee! When you’re not boating, fishing, or relaxing at the community beach, take a refreshing plunge in the shared pool or simply unwind on a sun-drenched lounge chair with a good book. There are also tennis and basketball courts available offering plenty of family-friendly fun.



When looking to explore, you’ll find Gunstock Mountain Resort four miles away, offering hiking, zip-lining, skiing, and snowboarding for year-round outdoor recreation.



The Space:

The Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion, Mount Major State Forest, and Weirs Beach are also under seven miles from home.



Upon arrival, continue the blissful relaxation with the beautiful views highlighted by the covered patio - ideal for sipping coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise, and observing the local wildlife. The whole group will love kicking back in the bright living area, adorned with comfortable furnishings, a large smart TV and tasteful decor. Play board games or sink into the plush sofa to catch up on your favorite shows. A stylish, full kitchen welcomes you to create effortless beach snacks or delicious feasts with stainless steel appliances, sparkling counters, and an adjacent dining space looking out onto the tranquil landscape. Overall okay. I feel like it was a bit overpriced. Many of the windows need to be replaced (old and some of the cranks were broken) and none of them had screens. On a beautiful fall evening it would have been nice to get some fresh air while sleeping. The Couch in living room is very uncomfortable. Beds were also not comfortable. I will say the unit was very clean.

Amazing location and very clean property. Would stay here again. Prices in New England continues to be confusingly expensive compared with the southern USA. Unit a bit overpriced but delightful stay. Excellent communication with rental team.

Very quiet surroundings, beautiful view of the lake (and the condo dumpsters haha). Central AC unit malfunctioned and caused warm nights and poor sleep unfortunately. Vacasa response made it much worse.Will be weary of other third party management groups going forward. Lesson learned.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip, and the kitchen was especially well stocked which made meals easy.Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth.Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend this property. We stayed here once before and we’ll definitely be back!

Great for our family

The layout of the unit is very nice and the view from the living room is great. You can see the lake and do a bit of people watching through lots of windows. It's a convenient walk to the pool and beach.

Very nice cute place! The pool is a community pool with a great view. Other people at the community are really nice. Lots of kids for ours to play with. The little lake beach at the community is small but super fun. Will come again!

Beautiful lake views

The home is beautiful and very nicely appointed. Great views of the lake and excellent internet. The condo complex is built in a heavily forested area and is beautifully landscaped.

Winnipesaukee's Finest

What a great modern, clean and inviting property. The location with the convenient short stroll to both the pool and beach was ideal. The prime lake views from the living room added to the charm. The property has to be one of the most updated condos at Samoset and it's clear that a lot of care and attention has been put into this rental. Grateful we found it! Already missing it!

This is the second time renting a condo at samoset they are beautiful and quiet I am actually interested in owning one seeing I am looking to move to New Hampshire. Until then this is my go to rental 😁

Vacasa is the worst

The property is fine. It's a large condo complex which seems common this NH lakes region. Vacasa sent me no less than 20 texts/emails and I was there for a very short period of time. It was so annoying. When I needed help, however, they were unhelpful and incompetent. I would never book through Vacasa again and I feel that VRBO misrepresents themselves in working with these secondary affiliates. Too bad, VRBO had been my go-to for years.

Great 4th of July stay!

My family of 4 had a great long holiday weekend at this house. The twin over king bunk bed, with a trundle underneath, was perfect for the kids. The queen bed was just as comfy. Living room had plenty of space for all, with a nice chaise by the windows to see the view and read. Nice having access to Netflix and Prime video on the smart tv. Drying bathing suits and towels on the table and chairs on the deck was fine but drying lines/racks would have been better. Kitchen had everything we needed aside from a couple odds and ends (no oven mitts or cookie sheets), but great blender and nice coffee pot. Plenty of cutlery, pots and pans, plates bowls and cups/glasses. The stove/oven took some getting used to but luckily there were instructions on the wall! Broom was helpful to sweep up sand but a vacuum would have been helpful as well. Fireworks right at the beach were amazing, as was the pool and beach within easy walking distance out the back slider. My kids rode their bikes on quiet streets and everyone was super nice and respectful. Some outdoor table/chairs or a deck off the back would been nice for outside seating. It was fantastic having a washer & dryer in the unit. Overall a very nice stay at this luxurious property!
