Summary:

Fall in love with this spacious charmer two miles from Speelyi Beach and experience a getaway like no other! This two-story home is the definition of convenience and endless comfort - enjoy a great layout in the main house with radiant heated flooring throughout.



The home's first floor and main living space boast a beautiful floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace surrounded by comfortable furniture and a gigantic smart TV.



The Space:

The adjoining wet bar is complete with a Harman Kardon speaker, a sink, and plenty of counter space to prepare delicious cocktails and mocktails for the group. The nearby custom kitchen features include a Wolf range, hickory cabinets, a separate island with a dishwasher and seating for two, a sizeable French-door fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Off of the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and a sink. Step outside and find yourself surrounded by beautiful nature - the private covered patio is the ultimate spot to unwind outdoors. Find a beautiful firepit, plenty of inviting patio furniture, Adirondack chairs throughout, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. Challenge the group to fun yard games or spend a quiet evening by the fire.



The first floor also hosts a private main bedroom with a TV and a spacious full en suite bath with a jetted tub, standalone shower, and double vanity. Upstairs there are three more inviting bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms. There is a separate, private suite above the garage with a comfortable bed and a full bathroom - perfect for couples!

There are inflatable kayaks and paddleboards for guest use.

The kitchen pantry is locked and intended for owner use only.

Beautiful winter getaway

We enjoy renting cabins like this with friends and family each year. This was one of the best we’ve rented yet. It was a bit further than expected from the ski resort but was secluded private and beautiful!

First Cabin Type Trip

We decided to spend my wife's birthday in our first cabin as a family. Even though it was a short get away our family love the house and area. House has plenty of space and entertainment for an entire family. The fire pit was a hit for the kids making smores. Will definitely recommend.

Winter Getaway!

Had a great time at this home with our friends at our annual winter getaway! This home is very spacious, we each had our own bedroom with bathrooms & living room had comfy couches. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room was great too! After long walks in the snow we enjoyed the outdoor covered patio & having a hot drink around the propane fire fit!

It was great! It’s a beautiful home with nice amenities throughout the house. There is no a/c but the weather was beautiful, so we were able to open the windows. Vacasa was pretty quick to respond to my questions as well. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect house for family gathering

Great house! Perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Fun hot tub and fire pit with plenty of wood. Wonderful kitchen with everything we needed (blender, air fryer, serving trays, serving bowls, platters and lots more!). Plenty of towels for hot tub and fun party lights on the outside of the house.

Great Place To Stay

Our large group had a great time at this home. We played corn hole, went in the hot tub, made a fire and played games. The fire alarm in the living room was beeping for our visit and was far to high to replace, which was unfortunate. Otherwise everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Great house

Loved our stay. House was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub, outdoor spaces, and horseshoe pit. The only downside was that we didn't realize there was no AC until it was time to travel. We traveled in July and it was almost too warm to be comfortable. Thankfully opening windows and the cooler nights helped it to feel cool enough.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful! Very relaxing getaway. The home had everything you need for a getaway including things you may have forgotten. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, silverware and spices. The hottub was clean and very enjoyable. The bbq was clean and full. The gas firepit was excellent. All of the outdoor furniture was clean and comfortable.

Evergreen Paradise is beautiful!

We were extremely happy with this house, The home was really easy to book and once we arrived it was super clean and had everything to make our visit relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, we cooked out on the bbq while the kids settled in the hot tub one night. The house was spacious enough for 3 families to spread out and have a great time. The lake is a 5-minute drive and we had a great day using the kayak and sup board! We plan on visiting up in the winter and can't wait to stay in this house again.

Beautiful mountain home

This house was gorgeous. Wonderful kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, comfy furniture. It was great for our girl's weekend. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be a working hot tub--that's one of the reasons I chose this house and was very disappointed when I learned that it wasn't working. Overall, though, it was lovely. I'd book again once they get the hot tub working.

Hi Amber, thank you for sharing your experience with us, we are glad you enjoyed our lovely home. However, we are very sorry you weren't able to use the hot tub. It is always our goal for our guests to be able to use everything the home has to offer. Unfortunately, the hot tub is not available during your entire stay. We fully understand that it caused negative impact during your stay. Due to this matter, we have refunded back the hot tub fee. Your experience is definitely not the kind of experience that we wanted you to have with our service. Moving forward, we will let the local staff investigate the issue with the hot tub. We do hope for another opportunity to better impress you next time.

It is an Evergreen Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful cabin. It comfortably accommodated our family of 8. Due to fire ban we were unable to enjoy the fire pit, but did partake in the hot tub. The 2 rooms above the kitchen could smell a strong gas odor from the stove. Opening many windows to allow ventilation was needed. Overall, our stay was very cozy and welcoming.

Summer Family weekend

The home was clean and entry was easy upon arrival. The accommodations suited our family well with the four bedrooms in main house and the other bedroom above garage. Also having 4 1/2 bathrooms for a large group is a nice amenity. The one drawback is the listing should be very clear that there is no A/C in the house for summer stays. This is a hot climate in Central WA and this should be a basic amenity. We made do and enjoyed the outdoor spaces in the evenings to keep cool.

Not fully what is advertised

The hot tub wasn't working and the water was yucky. Would have been great to use on the cool nights. Also they advertise a working gas fireplace in the main room. But they didn't leave a key to turn on the gas or instructions They have a nice TV setup in the main room but no instructions on how to use it. Took some work to figure out the three remotes and het the system on
