Holiday apartment near the sea
The holiday apartment was renovated in 2008 and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular because of the view of the panorama from the property and its quiet location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for use are: sun loungers, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and courtyard. There are 3 outdoor showers, a small children's playground, sun loungers by the pool. Each veranda has a table and chairs outside.
Location
Santa Margherita di Pula. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The flat is part of a semi-circular row with a small square and a shared garden. Access to the small square is reserved exclusively for the residence’s guests. There are flowerbeds with Mediterranean maquis, all surrounded by a cool and lush pine forest. The flat is located in the centre of the Pinus Village residential area in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a pine forest, 150 m from the sea. The location is strategically convenient for visiting the most beautiful beaches on the south-west coast. Access is via a field or forest road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. The residence has an unattended private car park in front of the house; there are also several other public parking spaces in the residential area. The residential area in which we are located is quite quiet and is mainly frequented by residents. Therefore, there is little traffic on the internal roads.

Air conditioning. Activation of the air conditioning is available upon request and for an additional weekly fee. Children's toys, cot, high chair, and internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via satellite. The apartments have an LED TV with a satellite decoder, thus receiving numerous foreign channels.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are adhered to.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to early October, diameter 25 m, depth 1.7 m). Paddling pool. Large round swimming pool with separate children's pool, surrounded by greenery and exclusively for the use of the residence's guests.

Access to the apartment is via shared stone paths that lead to the front covered veranda, which is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. From the veranda, a sliding glass door leads into the living room with kitchenette. Eat-in kitchen with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, TV and access to the loggia (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed (queen size) and the room contains a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a window with mosquito netting. Bedroom with 1 double bed (king size), 1 cot and a child’s bed for up to 35 months is available on request at an additional cost of €25 per week.
