The apartment is about 32 square meters in size and tiled. In the living/sleeping room there is a foldaway bed and a 2-seater sofa with side table as well as a dining table and a 32 inch TV and radio. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Crockery, pots, pan and glasses are also included.
In the lightly tiled shower room there is a mirror cabinet with enough storage space. The shower is barrier-free.
From the terrace you can look into the garden.
In about 1 minute walk you are at the fine Baltic Sea beach with its promenade and tennis courts. Restaurants, shops and a mini golf course are also in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shops (bakery, EDEKA, etc.) as well as doctors and a pharmacy are about 3 minutes walk away. There is a parking space available for your car at the house.
