This newly renovated 52-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. It accommodates 2–4 people, and baby and toddler amenities are provided.

The apartment is 52 square meters and features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a built-in closet. The two windows in the bedroom let in plenty of natural light, making for a lovely way to wake up in the morning.
The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet. A well-lit mirror also makes getting ready easier.

The open-concept kitchen-living room with a breakfast bar is perfect for cooking together. Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, etc., are provided.
The living room features a sleeper sofa for two people. Do you have a baby or toddler? No problem—a crib, a high chair, and a play mat are provided for your convenience.

Another special highlight is the beautiful covered balcony with lighting, four garden chairs, and a table. Here, you can make yourself comfortable in any weather.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a smart TV (Fire TV Stick)—so nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. A stereo system and a DVD player are also available.

Our small collection of games and books in the apartment provides additional entertainment. The modern electric heating system—for those of us who feel the cold—ensures pleasant warmth. Additionally, the apartment is easily accessible via an elevator or the stairwell. The “Seeadler” building is also wheelchair accessible. The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Friesenstrand, which features a great adventure playground as well as a bakery, various eateries and restaurants, and a bike rental shop. The tropical water park Aqua Mundo is located directly across from the apartment—guaranteed swimming fun for young and old alike.

Toiletries, such as soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc., are provided. Upon request, bed linens and towels can be provided per person for an additional fee. Tourist taxes and any requested linen packages will be settled on-site with our property manager. No security deposit is required. Final cleaning and utility costs are included in the price. Pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking apartment.
