Its location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful vacation near the beach, yet with easy access to Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, and Alicante.

It’s perfect for a couple, a family with one child, or for those who wish to work remotely for a few days or several weeks by the sea.

The apartment features a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with ocean views.

The interior has been designed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, even during longer stays. The living room is bright and has direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, eat outdoors, or relax after a day at the beach or by the pool.

You can reach Playa Torres on foot by following the coastal promenade in about 7–10 minutes.

In the Playa Torres area, you’ll find a beach bar open during the summer season and the restaurant El Trébol, which is open year-round. El Trébol features a pleasant outdoor terrace nestled among the pine trees and is highly regarded for its cuisine.

About 900 meters from the apartment is also the Azahar del Mar Restaurant, a Spanish restaurant specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.

The port of Villajoyosa is about a 17-minute walk away, following the same coastal path.
