Thanks to the excellent location, you can reach the expansive sandy beach of Westerland in just a few minutes’ walk. Here you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air, take long walks, or simply relax in a beach chair and watch the waves. The popular beach promenade, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars, is also within easy reach—perfect for a sundowner with a view of the sea.
Westerland’s popular shopping street, Friedrichstraße, is also within walking distance. Whether you’re looking for exclusive boutiques, cozy tea rooms, or local specialties—there’s something for every taste to discover here.
For wellness and water enthusiasts, the Sylt wave pool “Sylter Welle,” with its seawater pools and sauna areas, is just a short walk away. Those who enjoy sports can burn off some energy on long bike rides along the coast or on a surfing trip in the North Sea waves.
The Westerland train station is also just a few minutes away.

Important Note:
Starting in March 2025, demolition work followed by new construction will take place near our vacation home. Since we cannot predict exactly when or to what extent construction noise might cause disturbances, we have already adjusted the prices for the vacation apartment for the year 2025 accordingly. Therefore, a retroactive price reduction due to construction noise is not possible for bookings made in 2025. We appreciate your understanding.

The prices for 2026 currently correspond to the regular rates. However, should significant construction noise occur during this period, we will refund 15% of the base rental rate.
