Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us, Jay. We truly appreciate your kind words about our team—they work hard to respond quickly and support our guests, and we’re glad they were able to assist you during your stay. At the same time, we’re very sorry to hear about the challenges you faced with the A/C, golf cart, and other aspects of the home. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to experience no air conditioning for most of your stay, especially in the Texas summer heat. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the golf cart’s safety issues, the non-functioning ice maker, and the concerns you raised about the kitchen supplies and mattress condition. Your comments about the home not meeting your expectations compared to the photos and other neighborhood options are important to us, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort or frustration this caused. Please know that all the items you mentioned have been addressed. The home now has a brand-new A/C unit installed to ensure a comfortable environment for future guests. Additionally, the golf cart has been thoroughly serviced to guarantee safe operation. We appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us continue to improve our homes and services. We hope you will consider staying with us again so we can provide you with the exceptional and comfortable experience you deserve.
