Welcome to The White House, a brand-new, three-story luxury beach home in the prestigious Island Park Estates community. With panoramic ocean views, a rooftop deck, and an array of high-end amenities, this home is the ultimate retreat for families or multi-generational gatherings, offering an unforgettable vacation experience.

The main floor features a secondary living area with a TV, perfect for casual relaxation. Two guest bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom boasts a plush king bed and serene views of the private pool and dunes, while the second bedroom is designed for kids with a Full-over-Queen bunk and a smart TV. The accessible garage includes a pool table and built-in bar with a TV—ideal for entertaining and cheering on your favorite sports team. Step outside to the private pool, where loungers and shaded seating create the perfect space to soak up the sun while the kids play.

Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find three more guest suites and a laundry room. Two king suites each feature private bathrooms and access to a shared deck overlooking the Gulf and pool. The third bedroom is a fun bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks and a single twin, perfect for younger guests to unwind at the end of the day.

The third floor is the heart of the home, with a massive open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area designed for large groups. The kitchen features seating for six at the bar, while the dining table accommodates ten—perfect for gathering over a freshly caught dinner. After meals, relax in the living area with a gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite shows. Three decks extend from this floor, offering the ideal spots to enjoy coastal breezes and stunning sunsets.

Ascend the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck, where sweeping 360-degree views stretch from Port Aransas to Corpus Christi and the bayside. Sip a cocktail, watch the sun dip below the horizon, and marvel at the unmatched vistas in every direction. For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with exterior surveillance on all decks and entrances.

Amazing Holiday Time

We had great time in the White House with beautiful views and enough space for all of us. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful property with fantastic views of the ocean. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The property manager actively communicated with us before and during our stay.

Excellence!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and normally photos overplay a stay, but this time they underplayed it. The house was bigger and better than expected. The only notes we had was that there were a number off scuffs, or dings we had to make note of and that rooms w/beds were a little different than what was listed. The house was spacious, clean, well furnished, working with no issue, well decorated, easy to use, and in a great location. Thank you for having us! We intend to come back :)

This place needs a lot of TLC and upgrades.

This house has a great view and location to the beach, however the house needs a lot of TLC and higher quality items such as utensil and bathroom towels. It is also lacking items you normally see in rentals such as living room blanket and hand soap in the bathrooms. We only had 4 cutlery spoons when we arrived. I called and they brought new ones, which were so cheap they bent when you used them.The kitchen, bathrooms and bedding were clean. However the walls, doors, baseboards and handrails all were grimy with black marks and hand stains. The outdoor picnic table had sticky said spills on it and there was trash in the back yard. One of the shower took forever to get warm and that was after you figured out it was installed backwards . Very disappointed for the $$$ we paid.

Beautiful House

We love our stay at the White House - beautiful, clean, updated home with great view and a fun pool! Silver Sands service was very helpful with accommodating an early check in as we had a baby with us that needed to nap. Our only issues had to do with some supplies - there was only one dish towel, no cookie sheet (pots and pans were spotty), no sharp knife to cut with, maybe one roll of paper towels, no laundry detergent and the doors were difficult to lock. The elevator was beeping on arrival and the service guy did not come out for 5 hours - however that was really not a big issue and we just flipped the electrical switch to the elevator.

The White House was great. All guests enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the home. The only concern was that the Trash Receptacles were full and the flys and birds were pecking at the exposed bags.

Family Vacation

Very nice property with a great amount of space for a family of 12. Right in the middle of Mustang Island so easy drive to Corpus or Port A. Loved the private pool and so thankful for an elevator! Was a true lifesaver. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

The Whitehouse

Nice home with small pool; about a 3 minute walk on the boardwalk to access beach. About 2am on the first night the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms started going off every 30 seconds due to low battery which woke everyone on the second floor up. There were no 9 volt replacement batteries in the house and unplugging the low battery did not stop the every 30 second chirping. Called Silver Sands around 8am and they said they would send someone out. Had to call again around noon and spoke to a different rep who sent someone right away. The gentleman that came to replace the smoke detector batteries was extremely nice, very professional and worked fast! The front door lock pad wouldn’t work (at first we thought it was our lack of knowing how to operate it but later realized it was malfunctioning) so we left the back door unlocked when we went to the beach, shopping or to an activity. It’s a very nice little area but crime happens everywhere. Near the end of our stay we returned to find the a/c ceiling grate and filter on the third level in the kitchen/dining area on the floor. The roughly 3’ x 3’ metal grate had fallen from the ceiling, about 10-12’. Extremely thankful it didn’t fall on anyone. Killed one roach on the kitchen counter. It’s a really nice home that we thoroughly enjoyed but the maintenance of this lovely home needs to improve. Based on the cost to rent this beach house, the experience should be near flawless without chirping alarms disrupting sleep, safety hazards and roaches. On the plus side, elevator and a/c work well with the exception of the two bedrooms on the first floor that stayed hot. There were 3 fans in the “hottest” bedroom which indicates it is a known issue. The single car garage conversion to a game room was fun. Foosball table was great, air hockey table was missing one of the round things to hit the puck with and the pinball machine was ok. The elevator worked perfectly. This could be the perfect beach house with improved management.

Very nice property

This property was very nice overall. It was far enough away from the main city so it was not noisy, but close enough that you could go get groceries, a bite to eat or things like putt putt golf. The pool was small but served it's purpose. The beach is nice but very different from what we were used to in Florida. The house is well layed out and accomodated 2 families of 5 comfortably. There were nice decks and balconies with great views. We would definitely stay here again. I'd say the only dissappointment was one of the pictures showed a pool table and there was not one there. There was foosball, air hockey and an electronic pinball that was fun though.

We enjoyed our stay at Silver Sands. However, when we checked in, there was green glass broken around the pool and in the pool. After calling the office, we swept up most of the glass with a broom that was at the house but there were still small pieces around the pool and in the pool which should have been vacuumed up. A man did come out with a 5-gallon bucket but since we had swept up the visible chunks, he left without doing anything. Two of the children cut their feet on the smaller slivers of glass. Luckily, the cuts were not severe just uncomfortable. Another issue was the garbage!!! The large square can was already full when we got there so bees were constantly flying around the outside of the house and the patio. They were truly a nuisance. The house is a lovely house and we enjoyed being together there, but I would not rate it 5-star because of the problems we encountered. Both of these could have been eliminated if the cleaners had taken the time to do their job completely.

Loved it!!!!!

Had a great time at the White House! The weather was also perfect! This house in a smaller neighborhood away from the crowds. The boardwalk is brand new and we really enjoyed it as well. This area of the beach is a hidden gem! The house was spotless and everything was just perfect. We did take a dip in the pool too despite it still being a little cool. Hope to be back again very soon. The house seemed brand new!

Lovely location, attention to detail needed

The house was lovely and you couldn't beat the location. There was plenty of space for 3 families and the kids enjoyed the game room. Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work and the ice maker didn't work. Because we were spending 6 days and cooking meals there were a lot of random missing items that we had to go buy (can opener, matches/lighters, ice trays, extra kitchen towels (only 1 provided) and bath hand towels (1 hand towel in each bathroom). While we brought extra detergent, dish liquid, special pots/pans, food, spices, ziploc bags, coffee,etc. some of the basics seemed to be missing. There were also no extra blankets or throws for cool nights. Only 1/2 of the TVs were connected to cable. There were no instructions or helpful hints/guides provided. We have stayed in numerous guest houses/rentals in the past and for the amount of money per night expect to have basic amenities included. The owners would benefit from staying for a several days and putting themselves in the role of a guest.

Will be back every year! This place has everything you need! Kids loved the game room (it has air hockey, pinball, foosball. Pictures didn't show all that. What a wonderful surprise!

The White House

Nice home/location with problems - hot water intermittently stops flowing leaving you with what feels like ice water in the shower or cold water to wash dishes (without dish cloths) (no dishwashing machine detergent - another 27 mile trip to town) this home amplifies sounds - you can hear a baby crawling on the carpet from the 2nd floor bedrooms - well supplied except that there is not only no vacuum to clean up daily, there is not even a broom - back to PA again - elevator shut down 2 x ( 1st time when a handicapped person arrived - nice) - trash cans were full when we arrived - cleaning crews not finished by cx in time - all calls to SS were responded with "I'll see if I can get somebody out there" which never happened
