The thatched house Haddock is located in the newly built Marina Beach Resort at the sailor harbor of the Baltic Sea resort of Heiligenhafen. Beach and pier are 200 meters away, the marina is 100 meters and the old town is only 600 meters away.

The view falls on the lake, the marina or partly on the Baltic Sea.

The spacious, bright holiday home is equipped to a high standard. On the upper floor are two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds. The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe with safe. This room is equipped with a TV. In the second bedroom there is the possibility to put the beds individually. Also here is a wardrobe.

The upper bathroom has a shower and bath and a washer dryer.

The largest room on the lower floor is the modern living area with kitchenette. A large TV and Bluray player are also available as kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric hand mixer and blender and a microwave.

The sofa can be easily and quickly transformed into a double bed. In the cold season, a fireplace provides warmth and coziness, in the warm months, the large wooden terrace with high quality garden furniture and Weber grill plenty of space for living in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

In the lower bathroom there is a small, fine sauna.

Of course the house is equipped with W-LAN.

On the ground floor is a cozy study overlooking the lake. It is equipped with a large desk, a printer with scanner, a speakerphone for telephone conferences and a small library on the sea.
