Living room
The practically furnished living room has a comfortable seating area for 4 people, with a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa. The dining area seats 4 people and overlooks the terrace. From the living room, French doors lead onto the tiled terrace. The entire accommodation is equipped with central heating. The smart TV has the standard Dutch and German channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Important to know:
The summer house consists of 2 floors, but only the ground floor is available to guests. The upper floor is already occupied and has its own entrance and garden.

Kitchen
The kitchen is accessible from the entrance hall. Here you will find everything you need, including a combination microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and sufficient glassware and crockery.

Bathroom
The neat bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror and toilet. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.

Bedrooms
Enjoy a good night's sleep in both bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed.

Outside
Park easily on the holiday home's own grounds.  The largely fenced garden with a fence ensures plenty of privacy. The accommodation can be reached via its own entrance at Middelweg 3.

Location
The summer house is located directly behind the owner's house, in the heart of Petten and only 500 metres from the beautiful wide beach, forest and dunes. There are several restaurants in the centre of Petten.

Pets
Feel free to bring your pets, they are very welcome, even on the beach at Petten.
