Villa 'Seminarhaus' with Shared Terrace, Garden and Wi-Fi

The spacious seminar and holiday house is part of the sustainable, nature-oriented Seminarhof Mollandur. The grounds remain unpaved to minimize soil sealing and allow wild herbs to flourish. The two-story accommodation features a communal lounge with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 guest WCs, accommodating up to 22 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, books, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are provided. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee. Relax on the terrace, courtyard, or in the garden. The large multipurpose room with piano, foosball, and table tennis is shared between both accommodations. Depending on staff availability, breakfast or catering can be booked for an extra fee.

The sustainable farm offers a shared outdoor area with a fire pit and seating, three covered spaces, a hall with party tent, sauna, and hot tub. Free parking is available. Families, groups of friends, and companies are welcome; please supervise children at all times. Up to two pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bachelor parties or similar events are possible by arrangement. Guests are responsible for all activities on the premises and any damages during their stay. Liability insurance is recommended. Security cameras are present.



Bed linen can be rented for an extra fee. Guests may bring their own covers. Bicycles are available to rent. A shuttle service to the train station is possible on weekends. After booking, you will receive a contact form to complete.
