Accommodation description:
Welcome to our cosy holiday flat, just 100 metres from the beach! Because you have to climb a flight of stairs, you can see the sea from the bedroom. Ideal for families of four and dogs are also welcome. You enter through a bedroom and walk through to a cosy living room, compact kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the beach and make use of our private parking. Come and have a relaxing holiday with us!

The apartment's location is perfect. The beach is 100 meters away. In summer, it's great to walk to the beach in your slippers with your towel under your arm, and in winter, you can get a breath of fresh air with, or of course without, your dog.
When you wake up and fancy fresh rolls for breakfast, walk to the Beach Bazaar. They have delicious fresh rolls. If you forget to buy something in the supermarket, it can often be found at the Beach Bazaar, too.
Bergen aan Zee is also equipped with friendly catering establishments where you can have a bite to eat in the evening at beautiful sunsets
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
This accommodation is less suitable for people with reduced mobility
