The gallery (accessible by elevator) offers a beautiful view of the living/dining area and also provides a space for reading or listening to music. From the dining room on the first floor, you have direct access to the approximately 500 m² hillside garden with an approximately 8 m x 4.5 m pool (open from early May through late September, weather permitting), where you can swim while enjoying a fantastic view or simply daydream in the adjacent lounge area. A unique feature of the house is that the individual levels are connected by an elevator. You won’t have to climb a single staircase inside the house! All in all, this tastefully furnished villa is a true gem. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi round out the high-quality amenities.
