We have furnished it with great care and attention and constantly adapt it to the needs of our guests. The house is located in a quiet residential area, on a turning circle. There is always plenty of parking available. A garage can also be used.
The 120 m² ground floor apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The large kitchen-diner with separate utility room (washing machine/dryer) is also perfect for cozy meals with a large group. There is a large freezer in the garage.
The living room with dining area and fireplace offers a view of the beautiful garden. The large sliding window opens onto the large sun terrace, which can be shaded with an awning. Enjoy the warming rays of the sun from morning to evening. A place where you can relax and unwind. The garden below the vacation apartment terrace is also available for use on request.
The property runs directly along the border of Lübeck and is bordered by the Landgraben. In about 10 minutes by car, you can reach the heart of Lübeck, at the Holstentor. Timmendorfer Strand is about 20 minutes away by car. The area offers many different excursion possibilities—extensive bike tours through beautiful Ostholstein, city tours to Schwerin or Wismar, or cultural events.
