The Accommodation
This spacious apartment with underfloor heating offers plenty of space and comfort for two people to relax in any season. It spans the entire top floor and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the natural surroundings, the inland lake, and the well-maintained area.
The sunny southwest-facing balcony, with colorful seating and lounge chairs, invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The open-concept living/dining area, with a view of the forest, is stylishly and elegantly furnished. From the cozy corner sofa, you can enjoy cable TV, DVDs, or read exciting books—which you’re welcome to take home if your vacation turns out to be too short.
The modern kitchen is very well-equipped and invites you to get creative in the kitchen. Start your day with a freshly brewed (N)espresso macchiato or a fine cup of tea.
In the spacious bedroom (bed size 180 x 200 cm) with panoramic windows, you can fall asleep under the stars and wake up to a view of nature.

Hohwacht, a former fishing village, is a popular Baltic Sea resort on Hohwacht Bay on the edge of Holstein Switzerland. Far away from the hustle and bustle, its beaches, picturesque cliffs, and nearby nature reserves offer plenty of open space to unwind and relax.
For active vacationers, there are numerous recreational opportunities, such as surfing, sailing, fishing, or golf (27-hole golf course). The picturesque coastal route is perfect for biking and hiking tours, for example, to the seaside resort of Weißenhäuser Strand to the east or to the port of Lippe to the west, where you can buy freshly caught fish straight from the fishing boat.
Numerous lakes, diverse natural landscapes, and historic castles and manor houses characterize the landscape of Holstein Switzerland in its rolling terminal moraine terrain. The idyllic Panker Estate, home to the Trakehner horse breeding program, is about a 15-minute drive away. The castles and lakes in Plön and Eutin, which are well worth seeing, can be reached in about 25–30 minutes.
The state capital of Kiel, about 30–45 minutes away, and the Baltic Sea beaches of Heiligenhafen, Fehrmann, Grömitz, Neustadt in Holstein, Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz, and Timmendorfer Strand are all worth a visit.
The historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck, with its numerous cultural, culinary, and shopping opportunities, can be reached in about 1 hour.
