Direct access to the beach and its location right by the sea take the quality of this accommodation to the next level. The beach promenade and the historic fishermen’s huts are right outside the door, so you can start strolling through beautiful Hohwacht the moment you step out of the house.

In addition, a supermarket and a diverse selection of restaurants are located near the vacation apartment and are within walking distance.

The perfectly combined living and dining area of the apartment offers a unique ocean view through the large doors leading to the balcony, creating a wonderful sense of well-being.

The large sofa with a stylish coffee table and a high-quality flat-screen TV invites you to linger and enjoy pleasant evenings.

The modern dining area, which seats up to three people, adjoins the tasteful and, above all, beautifully designed kitchen. Here, too, you’ll find all the amenities you need. A dishwasher, a stove with an induction cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, along with other appliances, provide excellent amenities.

The box-spring bed (180x200) offers plenty of comfort, as does the large and spacious closet. A Velux window provides plenty of natural light. There is a small TV in the bedroom.

The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a sink that offers ample storage space underneath. The mirror and the freestanding cosmetic mirror with lighting harmonize with the modern and clean design of the bathroom, creating an aesthetically pleasing overall look.

From the living room, which is illuminated by innovative and modern lighting fixtures, large glass doors lead out to the balcony, offering a unique view of Hohwacht Bay. You can easily catch a glimpse of the Sehlendorfer Binnensee nature reserve as well as the beauty of the Baltic Sea.

This beautiful vacation complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the vacation rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable vacation here.
