Apartment 'Appartement 5' – Guesthouse near Munich & Trade Fair

The apartment has 3 rooms, each separated by doors.



Room 1 offers 2 single beds that can be combined into a double, a small seating area, and a kitchen with stove, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. Essential dishes—glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery—are provided.



Room 2 also has 2 single beds that can be joined as a double and a seating area with a table.



Room 3 has a single bed.



There is access to a small balcony.



The apartment features a bathroom with shower, toilet, and satellite TV.



Standard-size towels are provided; please bring your own bath towels if needed.



A sweet breakfast is available for an extra fee.

The Knödelhof is located just outside Munich in the Munich district – ideal for group trips, company outings, and family celebrations. The house offers several rooms and apartments, perfect for solo travelers, couples, and larger groups alike.



A special highlight: Our cozy restaurant on the ground floor can be rented exclusively for private events – both indoors and outside on the large terrace.



All guests enjoy a sweet breakfast with rolls, croissants, various jams, butter, Nutella, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, served in the Bavarian lounges on the ground floor.



Just minutes from the A99, you can easily reach Messe München, the airport, as well as Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee. In the village center within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, and restaurants.



12 parking spaces available. Smoking allowed on the balcony and outdoors. Pets on request. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
