Welcome to this charming house in Costitx, where 6 guests will find a second home.

Overlooking the countryside, the large terrace is without a doubt an oasis of peace, ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On it there is a large private chlorine pool, with dimensions of 4 x 5 m and a depth range of 1.3 to 2 m. All around it there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, as well as a furnished area where you can have fun while having lunch or a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Please note, due to its location within the village, there are direct neighbours and privacy is partial.

The interior of the house, distributed on a single floor, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The open-plan living room is equipped with a TV and is an ideal place to relax. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which has an induction hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your use during your stay. The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, offering comfortable accommodation for the whole family. One bathroom with bathtub and two bathrooms with shower, one of them outside, complete the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

This accommodation is located in Costitx, an ideal destination for those looking for a quiet and rural environment in which to enjoy the natural beauty and local culture of the island of Mallorca. Known for its dark and clear skies, the village is the perfect place for stargazing, either in a private setting or at the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, located a short distance away. We also encourage you to explore the historic centre with its simple and traditional architecture. The surroundings of Costitx offer beautiful rural landscapes that are ideal for hiking through fields, forests and hills and enjoying nature and panoramic views. In the village you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as several restaurants where you can try the delicious local gastronomy. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, the nearest beach is Muro, characterised by its soft, fine white sand and turquoise waters, which are also calm and shallow, making it the perfect place for families.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Please note that the fireplace in the dining room is decorative and cannot be used.
- We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
