Ulmenhof 10 Apartment: a modern, quiet, and cozy 2-room apartment

This cozy, bright, and spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) on the 3rd floor / top floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living room has carpeted floors, the bedroom has laminate flooring, and the kitchen area and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

The cozy and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, an ottoman, a coffee table, various dressers, and a dining table with 4 chairs.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and several board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The adjoining open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, an induction cooktop, mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and nightstands. A large walk-in closet in the entryway is available for your vacation wardrobe. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room offers an additional comfortable sleeping option for 2 more people.

The spacious and bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, toilet, radio, and ample storage space.

The apartment also has a small storage room.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) and the shoe rack in the apartment’s hallway.

You can park your car for free in the parking space assigned to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop very close to your apartment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
