Mecklenburg WE 20: centrally located 3-room apartment close to the beach with 2 balconies

This beautiful and very spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 80 m²) on the 2nd and 3rd floors (with an internal staircase) is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring on the 2nd floor is modern vinyl, while the 3rd floor (loft) has carpet; the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled. All rooms have radiant floor heating.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway (with a closet, dresser, coat rack, and mirror), you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with two comfortable sofas and a coffee table, a separate dining table with five chairs, and a cabinet. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² covered balcony on the 2nd floor (facing east and southeast), which is furnished with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and, in the evening, watch the hustle and bustle on Strandstraße while sipping a glass of fine wine and enjoying the balmy summer nights!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features two modern flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen area features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious and cozy 2nd bedroom (on the 3rd floor—open loft) offers you an additional separate living and sleeping area. This area is furnished with a small seating group consisting of 2 armchairs with a coffee table, 2 pull-out sleeper sofas, a spacious closet, and 2 sideboards or dressers. For your entertainment, you’ll also find a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. The loft also features its own covered balcony (approx. 7 m² / facing east and southeast).

The spacious bathroom features a bathtub with shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a heated towel rack, heated floors, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat rack in the entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in the underground parking space assigned to your apartment (maximum clearance height 1.95 m!) in the basement of the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex, if you’re interested.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the two balconies for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
