The well-kept Kavadias Sea View property is located directly on the fine, long sandy beach of Skotina with its own direct access to the beach and far-reaching, marvellous views of the northern Aegean and Mount Olympus. On the ground floor of the two-storey Kavadias Sea View house there are the Kavadias Sea View 1 and 2 holiday flats next to each other. The 1st floor is occupied by the landlady. On the 2nd floor is the Kavadias Sea View Studio with spectacular views of the sea and Mount Olympus.
The modernly furnished ground floor flat Kavadias Sea View 1 is situated in the middle of a secluded, flat plot bordering the fine sandy beach, in a quiet and idyllic location with its own entrance. The view from the front bedroom and the terrace is of the blue sea, the fine Skotina beach and the Kassandra coast opposite. The kitchen and bathroom are adjacent. The second bedroom with its own terrace has a view of the Mount Olympus mountain range.
The brightly furnished Kavadias Sea View 1 holiday flat offers the perfect setting for a carefree family holiday by the beach, sea and nature.
Only 50 metres separate the house from the fine sandy beach. Walking with your towel across the property to the fine sandy beach at any time of day is a privilege.
