This charming and compact holiday home offers a delightful retreat, perfect for a small group or family.Sleeping arrangements:One bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds.A sleeping area in the loft with a low double bed.
Please note: The loft is accessible via a steep ladder from the living room.Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.Living room: A small yet cozy space to relax.Kitchen: Features an open layout with a microwave oven combination and dishwasher. Fully equipped with essentials, including a filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.Air conditioning: Ensures a cool and comfortable environment during summer.
Important Notes:Due to space limitations, a baby cot cannot be accommodated.The park is undergoing development, with new homes being built and gardens landscaped. Some construction activity may cause minor inconvenience.

The park is still undergoing partial construction, so some areas may appear unfinished, and there may be ongoing work. While we aim to minimize disruptions, you may experience some inconvenience.
Fireworks are not permitted within the park itself, but please be aware that this restriction applies only to the park. Fireworks may be set off in the surrounding area, so we cannot guarantee there won’t be any disturbances related to fireworks, despite the park being a firework-free zone.

Important Information:Young groups and parties are not permitted.Guests aged 26 and over are required to sign a SEPA deposit form instead of paying a deposit.Guests aged 25 and under, as well as companies or individuals who prefer not to complete the SEPA deposit form, must pay a €500 deposit per property.The deposit can be paid by card or cash at the reception during check-in.
Please note: The outdoor swimming pool is closed from October to May.
