We’d love to welcome you to our beautiful villa — just minutes from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and world-class shopping! Guests love our home for its perfect location, thoughtful amenities, and the care we put into keeping it spotless.

Clean & Comfortable:
Our housekeeper follows CDC-approved sanitizing guidelines, and every guest enjoys fresh bedding, linens, and bath rugs (never reused). To ensure thorough cleaning, check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Our 1,296 sq. ft. open floor plan gives your family space to relax after big park days.

Living Room: Sectional sofa with chaise, 52" TV with cable & streaming, blackout curtains, family games.

Dining Room: Table for 6–7 plus 2 bar stools.

Kitchen: Upgraded cabinets, granite, modern appliances, Keurig, blender, Mickey pancake maker, crockpot, and fully stocked with cookware & bakeware.

Master Suite (Main Floor): King bed, plush mattress, luxury linens, blackout curtains, dresser, TV, ensuite bath with jetted tub.

Queen Room: Sleigh bed, high-quality linens, blackout curtains, dresser, TV.

Mickey Room: Two twin beds, toys, TV, blackout curtains, fun Mickey décor — plus an extra foldable bed found in the closet if needed.

We had two major setbacks that made this a 3-star stay instead of 5.1. A/C failure: It broke right when we arrived. We didn’t notice for a few hours while unpacking, but the house kept getting hotter. The thermostat was blank, so we followed the instructions and contacted the property manager, who said someone could come the next day if Barbara approved access. Barbara got someone out the same night, but he arrived at 12:06 a.m. I didn’t sleep until 2 a.m., then had to be up at 6 a.m. for Epcot.2. Water shutoff: The entire community lost water for much of Thursday. When we told Barbara we were concerned about repeated issues on our expensive, once-in-a-lifetime trip, she replied in a way that made us feel unwelcome, saying she’d “talk to VRBO to see if they can find you somewhere else.” Not a direct eviction threat, but it left us uneasy.Minor: Pipes in the first-floor bathroom randomly screamed in the night (1 a.m., 10 p.m., etc.). The unit next to us also sounded like there were elephants going up and down the stairs often. Combined with the A/C repair and pipe noise, it was far from restful.Positives: The unit was clean with plenty of parking. The pool was big enough to enjoy even with rowdy cannonballers, and the hot tub was spacious. The clubhouse ping pong was fun, though the air hockey was broken and we didn’t see a foosball table. Barbara provided some starter essentials. Note: the dryer’s sensor is broken—use timed dry. Also, no non-slip mat in the tub.

Great place to stay

We were visiting this area for a dance competition and wanted an alternative to staying in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was SO quiet and clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool and game room.

The townhouse was wonderful and beyond our expectations! Our little ones loved the playground, splash pad, and pool in walking distance within the resort. The house had everything we needed including a high chair and even a waterproof stroller cover! The host was very clear what was included with the townhouse down to the amount of soap in each bathroom. The gate guard was thorough upon check in (made us feel safe!), and check out was easy peasy. We had a problem with a noise coming from a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms. The host sent someone to look at it within a couple of hours of me notifying her. Unfortunately it wasn't resolved during our stay but the host was so attentive I'm sure if we had stayed even one more night she would have sent in an expert to fix it.Thank you so much Barbara for a magical first Disney trip for everyone!

Great stay. Eveything was perfect. Drive to and from parks was better than expected based on distance mentioned. House had all the essentials. Disney adventures

The house was great. Nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood with a great pool. The parks were very easy to get to. You were also very close to restaurants, Target and a Publix market. It was the perfect “home away from home”.

Perfect disney getaway

This place lived up to the listing. It was perfect for my family of 4. They had everything you could think of that you might need but couldn't pack! The amenities were great. It really felt like vacation but with the extra comforts of home. It was a quick drive to dianey, which was nice. We were able to get back and forth multiples times per day without hassles. Barbara, the host, was easy to communicate with too! Highly recommend

Excellent Home away from Home

We stayed for nine nights, and everything about this villa was great. Clean, comfortable, and just as good as the pictures portrayed. Barbara was lovely to work with, provided clear check-in and out instructions, offered and gave some excellent Disney tips, and was very responsive to messages. The grounds staff were lovely, and the pool was awesome, and a real life-saver after hot days at the parks. Location was great - super easy to get to all of the parks. Would absolutely recommend, and will definitely consider if/when we go again.

Lovely villa

Our Disney trip was 100% better because of this villa. Very clean and lots of room to spread out as a family. The location could not be better. An incredibly easy drive to the parks and this area was not as congested as others in Orlando. The Target is 2 min from the house and very nice. Lots of food choices as well. We cooked breakfast each morning, which saved time and money. The couch in the family room was comfy and had plenty of room for the four is us to watch movies at night. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions. The security staff at the gate were super friendly and said this owner is their favorite by far.

Best place to stay in Orlando!

What you see advertised is truly what you can expect to get when you arrive. We stayed 1st week of March and it was the perfect location for us. All the items they had for toddlers and babies were in great condition. We did 2 days of Disney Parks with a day in-between each. This was the perfect spot for both relaxing and having fun on the non-park days. Within the resort there is a playground, splash pad, and pool less than a few minute walk away. Lot's of side walks to take walks around the resort. They even have a Tiki bar that has fantastic blended drink to give you that luxury resort vibe. Resort security is friendly and helpful! Close by to Target, Walmart, and Sam's Club for grocery needs. Roughly 20 min drive to Disney with no traffic. If you have littles and want to take a break from the parks to go back and nap - it is so easy to do. We did not encounter any problems during the stay. From the interactions I did have with the host, she was friendly and helpful! We hope to come back!

Great Place for our first Disney Trip

We are the proud parents of nine children and grandparents to nine sweet grandkids. We have lived from coast-to-coast and love to hike and travel (we are also huge Disney fans). Barbara was the owner of her own preschool for 29 years, but for the past few years has been an instructional coach with their local school district. Mike is a university educator and administrator to volunteer teachers. We love running away to our resort and townhome, but when we can't be there, we love sharing it with our wonderful guests.

Eleven years ago, we had the opportunity to stay at the Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane. We loved every minute!! We came with a large family group and it was so nice to stay somewhere that had something for everyone. We loved the pool, ping pong and pool tables, little lake, playground, sports courts, and fitness room. We quickly found that the location was hard to beat. It was even close enough for our grandkids to come back from Disney World for midday naps! When the opportunity came to buy a property at Seven Dwarfs, we were thrilled and quickly purchased the villa. We went to work and upgraded the villa in every way. Our goal was to make a beautiful and relaxing retreat for our family and especially for all of our guests! We strive to give our guests a 5-star experience and have many 5-star reviews and do our best to earn each one of them.

Now that we have owned the property for a few years, we have realized how much guests value our extremely clean home. Our housekeeper is amazing and uses environmentally safe products to help keep our home immaculate. Having our coverlets and Mickey room comforters fresh and newly cleaned for each guest is important too. All the rugs are also cleaned for each new guest.

The location is amazing for access to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. We are just 4 miles from Disney. Within 15-20 minutes you will be parking in any one of the Disney theme parks parking areas. Universal Studios and Sea World are 20 minutes away. The 25 minute, easy access to the airport is definitely a plus and you have several routes to get to us.

It's the perfect location!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Besides being close to all the major attractions, our location is ideal for its proximity to stores. Across the street from the guarded security gate of our property is Sam's Club including a Sam’s gas station, and just one block away is a Super Target which includes a pharmacy. (This Super Target is also great because there are not big crowds to fight with for your groceries :-). Three blocks away is a Publix and there are two Walmart Supercenter’s within two miles of the villa. Restaurants, both of the fast food variety (Wendy’s, Panda Express, Burger King, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Arby’s, Sam’s Club doesn’t require a membership for their fast food options) and sit-down dinner (Applebee’s, Denny's, Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, Waffle House, Olive Garden, TGI Friday’s, International Cuisine options) are within minutes of the property. A Walgreen’s is also close by.
Another great aspect of the property is since it is tucked away, the beautiful
resort is quiet which allows you to get away from the crowds that you deal with on a daily basis at the parks. It really is an ideal location.
