The villa was excellent. Really spacious for 2 families. The gardens and pool are well looked after and the views from the villa and pool are stunning. Great base for day trips with a hire care.

3 days in Buti

Early March stay, 4 adults over the age of 55. I gave this a 3 rating for a few factors not covered by the star ratings. The home had not been opened up for some time and when we arrived there was no heat. The home is equipped with in floor heat that was not working when we arrived, and only one of the bedroom wall units worked. The property manager called maintenance and eventually a plumber to work out the problem with the boiler and in floor heating. The first 36 hours we stayed wrapped in blankets and coats. At one point we closed off the doors to the kitchen and turned on one of the gas stove burners which heated up the room enough for us to sit in it comfortably without wearing coats and blankets. Should the heat have been turned on and tested a day before we arrived? Definitely yes. The other issue was the lack of simple supplies. I have never seen a rental with zero supplies. There was 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a few old towels. No dish soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish towels (we borrowed bath towels to dry the dishes), no paper towels, no hand soap. In the two weeks we spent around Italy from Tuscany to Salerno each rental provided at a minimum, basic supplies and usually convenience items. The positives about this place are the size of the house, the beautiful views of the valley below and the quiet location.

Hello Joy, Thank you for these remarks. We take note of the preparation before arrival. In any case the towels were clean, though if problems are found with their age, we encourage to discuss this with the site manager so that new clean ones can be arranged. As for basic supplies and conveniences, these are not provided as we maintain the self-catering holiday home tradition. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Buti. The pictures really don’t do this property justice! The views are incredible! It also wasn’t obvious from the listing but all bedrooms had fantastic aircon. All the rooms are spacious with great wardrobe space and bathrooms. The living space is perfect and plenty of space for everyone. We found the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed, Including citronella candles for the mosquitos outside. The host Annamaria I cannot praise highly enough. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Bedding was clean and towels were provided, I cannot fault this property or Annamaria in anyway. She welcomed us warmly and helped us with anything we needed. 5 star review and will be recommending to anyone looking for a villa style holiday around Pisa.

Prachtig landhuis met schitterend uitzicht! Leuk zwembad er bij. Genoeg ruimte om te recreeren en om rustig te zitten. In een woord geweldig! Hostess was ook erg vriendelijk!

Dom - zgodnie z ofertą- ładny i pięknie położony. Uczestnicy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Jedyny problem związany z obsługą ze strony Casamundo. Błędnie przyjęte warunki rezerwacji i brak mozliwości kontaktu (poza botem) w celu skorygowania błędu Casamundo.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, mega Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön - innen wie außen. Der Pool ist fantastisch, die Aussicht unschlagbar. Was wir nicht erwartet haben, war der wunderbare Service von A. und G. A. hat uns Empfehlungen für Restaurants gegeben und sogar die Reservierung für uns übernommen. Jeden Tag nachgefragt, ob sie unterstützen kann. G. hat sich um das Grundstock gekümmert, jeden Tag den Pool gereinigt und den Müll weggebracht. Purer Luxus!

Wunderbares Toskana-Feeling

Der Familienurlaub in dieser Unterkunft war nahezu perfekt: tolle Lage, super Aussicht, wunderbarer und täglich gereinigter Pool. Ein paar Kinderkrankheiten wie eine klemmende Tür zum Waschraum oder eine durchgebrannte Glühbirne wurden schnell und ohne großes Aufsehen erledigt. Die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Casale meraviglioso

Abbiamo affittato questo casale in nove persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo!! Sistemazione molto grande con camere tutte con bagno, cucine attrezzate di tutto ed esterno con vista spettacolare. La signora A., che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, molto gentile e disponibile pronta a rispondere alle nostre richieste in maniera efficace. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Angenehmes Haus, das der Angebotsbeschreibung zu 100% entsprach. Besonders die große Anzahl an Bädern hat uns sehr gefallen. Zentrale Lage ( z.B. nach Lucca und Pisa ) Der Pool war stets sauber und sehr schön gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen ! Die Betreuung ( Check-in etc. ) durch die Verwalterin ist besonders hervorzuheben !!

Vakantiehuis Maestraccio

De vakantiewoning heeft een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras, is schoon en daadwerkelijk zoals op de foto's getoond. Het zwembad is fijn. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en wanneer er iets is probeert ze dit direct op te lossen. Wel mag de woning wat gemoderniseerd worden. De jaccuzi werkte niet en sommige dingen zijn wat verouderd en aan vernieuwing toe. Ook misten we wat zaken zoals bv. een kinderstoel en wat keukenaccesoires. De wifi werkte enkel in de woonkamer.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten ...

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal in diesem Haus, 4 Kinder, 4 Erwachsene und 2 große Hunde. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und ist absperrbar wegen der Kinder. Wir haben bereits für 2018 wieder gebucht. Die Verwalter sindsehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mehr als empfehlenswert!

Wir waren 2018 bereits zum vie...

Wir waren 2018 bereits zum vierten mal in diesem Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und Hund. Viel Platz für alle, Pool bestens gepflegt, sehr nette Verwalter vor Ort. Der Urlaub für 2019 im Sommer ist dort schon wieder gebucht. Reisetipps: Zum Meer ist es ca. 45 min. z.B. Viareggio mit gepflegten Strandbädern. In Cascine kleine Geschäfte einschl. Apotheke und ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant "Da Enrico al Ponte". Pizzen gibt's im Cafe. Supermarkt Panorama in Pontedera ca. 15 min, sehr gute Fischabteilung, immer mit frischen Muscheln etc.
