Beautiful 3rd floor (w/ elevator), 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

I was running the Transrockies 6 day race and this was the perfect place to come back to after 4 nights of camping! The gentleman who checked us in is PHENOMENAL! If he hasn’t already, get that man a raise! He was very thorough in describing everything we needed to know and covering every detail with a smile!

Awesome stay

The condo unit was newly remodeled and extremely comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. Both the unit and the complex were clean and well maintained. The only negative(very minor issue) was a broken ironing board and the front desk didn't have an extra. Most people wouldn't have even noticed but we were in Vail for a wedding. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Ski times

The property was fine except one night we wanted to use the barbecue and there was no gas. We had purchased the steaks so this was a downer. Need for more paper towels and soap. Otherwise good stay

This place is super convenient to the slops. Pool and hot tub are nice. Been to this complex 3 times. Family loves it.

Absolutely perfect place

The condo was just what we wanted and everything that we needed was there. The beds were comfortable. The couch was comfortable. We were looking out to a beautiful area and in the evenings when there was a concert we were able to sit on the back patio and listen. It was safe very accessible to all the different bike trails, so I highly recommend this place.

Accurate description

Everything was spot on for this property as far as the description goes. The cleanliness could have been better, there were masks, used Kleenex, a pile of dirty sheets and new pillow cases were missing from the pillows. We also had to ask for dish soap rather then it just being provided. The property managers were very accommodating though and each time we called for something they took care of us immediately.

Great place!

Well appointed, convenient location. Park with nice lake right outside. Good restaurants and shopping close by. Would like to return, as ski resorts were closed shortly after our arrival due to Covid19 virus.

Great for a family

This place is clean, loaded with amenities. It’s perfect for a family to have a place to call home for a short time. Yes there are some issues with uneven floors. Some updating of the furniture would be in order. However, for the price, we felt it was just right. We decided to take a day trip and even found a cooler bag in the closet to use, which saved us having to buy one. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is the king bed was pretty noisy because it creaked anytime we moved around. The frame needs tightening or replacing and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

First time we stayed at BC West. Great price and value.

The complex is really old. I had never stayed at a place with high floor walkways that were noticeably out of level. Room setup met our needs with 3 kids in one room and my wife and I in another. I think next time we will spend the extra money and stay in the village. If we do stay at BC west, we would stay in the top floor - we were third floor unit and heard every step of the upstairs neighbor. Pool was good. Overall - it was ok and suited us for the price we were willing to pay.

Great summer vacation spot

We had a great stay. The condominium unit is well equipped and clean. It is in an ideal place for children, with a pool and a playground and lake right out the door. The front desk staff was friendly and answered all questions. I would come back!

Comfortable clean convenient condo

The condo was clean, beds comfortable and location was convenient for getting to Beaver Creek and Vail, as well as the local restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room chairs and couch were very comfortable with lots of room for everyone and a nice view. The elevators at the end of the hall were close and helpful when carrying skis up and down to the unit. The shuttle bus driver, Ken was very helpful getting skis into and out of the holders inside the bus, he offered free water which was a treat, and gave good advice on navigating the base areas. The shuttle goes to Vail Thurs-Mon and the BC shuttle is daily (but not all day long). The building is a little old as evidenced by an uneven floor in the MBR bath so the door scrapes on the floor.

Clean and Convenient

Everything was very nice and quite convenient to get around the town of Avon. It was a perfect place to house our high school lacrosse players for the Vail Shootout. The boys could walk easily to town and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and this unit was quite comfy.

Great Location/Condo !!

Our family, which is my wife, I, our son, his wife and two lovely daughters, spent three days at this location and it was just like being at home ! Everything within is very nice and we had all that we needed during our stay. All appliances are up to date and operate fine. The washer and dryer was a must for us and was certainly used during our stay. We heard no other visitors that may have been beside, above or below this condo and we hope the same was true for them. The swimming pool was very accommodating, and it is just a five minute walk (slow) to Nottingham Lake and there is a wonderful swim beach and water activities awaiting you. We had a group barbecue over by the play ground area that kept adults and children entertained in the evening. We are not winter visitors but will certainly make a return trip this summer to this location, as we found it to be very family friendly and must importantly, very relaxing. We have vacationed using VRBO locations for two years (4 trips) and this is certainly our most pleasing experience of all. This is a deal you can't go wrong on - you will LOVE IT HERE !!!!

Very comfortable stay!

This 2 BR condo was perfect for our recent ski trip! Loved the elevator, the hot tubs, nice bed linens and towels, plentiful kitchen utensils & dishes, comfortable beds. It was super quiet for sleeping! The kitchen had salt/pepper & a few other spices & oil (I'm sure leftover from guests, so not guaranteed). A few games provided. Unit has 2 humidifiers which were great to use. The free ski shuttles were a plus and the driver very helpful (be sure to TIP him!). Saved $20 parking fee at Vail. It's run like a hotel so if you need any more TP, towels, soap, DW detergent, etc, just call the front desk.

Great place for the price

No surprises. We had everything we needed. The check in process was easy. The property is about a 2 minute walk to the lake.
