Luxury Condo w/ FREE WiFi, Parking, Heated Pool, Hot Tubs, Skier Shuttles

Luxurious ground-floor, 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 5 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Hello Madison, So happy to hear that you enjoyed our Beaver Creek West, two-bedroom condo L1. This is a nice ground floor unit close to the pool and two of our three hot tubs. We hope you got to spend some time soaking and relaxing. I'm sure you checked out Nottingham Park, lake and beach which are about a two-minute walk from the condo. Anniversary Getaway

Easy to access beaver creek skiing!

Had a great weekend with friends and easy access to the mountain. They even had humidifiers!

We are glad you and your friends had a great time while staying at this Beaver Creek West premium, ground floor condo. So glad you were able to enjoy the free skier shuttle to Baver Creek. This awesome amenity is free and saves you money that you won't need to spend on parking. We also have a Vail skier shuttle that runs Thursday - through Monday, which you need to make advanced reservations. The owners of this condo are great, and they did think of everything including humidifiers as they know guests from all over the world stay here to ski. Our extreme dryness can make it a bit challenging for some, but the humidifiers help with comfort in the evening. Please give us a shout the next time your travel plans bring you back to this area of Colorado. Cheers and safe travels!

Great Condo in Great Location in Avon

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay in Avon. Condo was clean and a good size for our family, and had everything we needed to make breakfast and then head out to the slopes. Nice hot tubs and pool out the backdoor across the patio. Convenient to restaurants and shopping in Avon. I would stay here again if available.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for a week-end with our family and enjoyed the condo. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Only negative was that we could hear the footsteps of the people in the unit above.

Great Place

Great location!! Back door was literally 20 steps from 2 hot tubs, sauna, and a heated pool. Beds and pillows were great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals. And the private shuttle to the gondola makes getting to the mountain a breeze.

As they say location, location, location and this premium, ground floor condo has a "great location" close to everything. Glad you were able to enjoy our guests top two amenities the FREE skier shuttles to Vail/Beaver Creek and the pool/3 hot tub/sauna area. Our guests enjoy the private, for BCW guests only, skier shuttles to both Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas. Nice to not have to pay for parking and to be dropped of right near the lift. Also, the hot tubs are glorious after a great day on the slopes. We see you appreciated the fully stocked kitchen as it always nice to have the option to cook and this unit is well stocked for almost any meal you want to create. Comfort and convenience

Well established resort property conveniently located to town amenities and BC ski area. Resort and town shuttles to both BC and Vail. Enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and proximity to Recreation Center with reasonable rates to access gym, indoor lap pool, sauna and lazy River pool/ slide for children.

We don't have much room to write kitchen details but in the description we do list that this is a well equipped kitchen. There is everything in the kitchen that anyone would ever need to make a large dinner for their guests. Beaver Creek Long Holiday Weekend

Overall, my family and I enjoyed the property. We like the location of the property because of it's proximity to parking and the pool. We were able to easily catch the bus to the mountain. The property was good size for a family of 5 and had everything we needed. Just a few suggestions: ensure hot tubs are fully functional (one day one was not hot - breaker switch), fireplace did not work, missing detergent. I think the price was reasonable and we would stay here again. Thank you for letting my family enjoy Beaver Creek!

Hello and thank you for the nice review on our Beaver Creek West condo. We appreciate the feedback. and are very happy to hear that you and your family were able to enjoy the L1 condo. Free parking , heated year around pool and three hot tubs, FREE skier shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek are some of the best amenities here at the property and we appreciate the thumbs up on them. We appreciate the suggestions on the hot tub but as we all know sometime things are out of your control, such as mechanical issues, which was the case here. Thankfully it was only one day and we have three hot tubs. We wished you would have called about the fireplace as we were not unaware of any issues as it has worked fine all winter, before and after your stay. We have an excellent on-site maintenance crew that could have come to the unit to show you how to operate it if you were having troubles. Also wished you would have called the office (open 7 days a week) about the detergent as they have all kinds of back-up items that can possibly run out such as detergent, trash bags, dish soap and all those basic items. Please give us a shout if your travel plans bring to the Vasil and Beaver Creek areas. Cheers and safe travels!!

Sorry to hear that someone put away dirty dishes in the cabinet and our long time housekeeping staff was unable to catch those few dishes. We apologize for this oversite and any inconvenience this caused you and your guests. Did you like the living room and kitchen areas in this nice two bedroom condo? Did you enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and new appliances? Did you enjoy easy access to this ground floor unit? did you enjoy the heated, year-around outdoor pool. Did you get a chance to enjoy the 48 acre park, lake and beach about 30 steps from this condo? We are sad to hear that "Meh" is all you could say about this condo as we try to do a better job for the next guests and Meh, is not helping us do a better job. As this is a very popular condo that his a very nice unit and booked constantly. Again sorry we somehow missed the mark for your stay. Cheers and safe travels.

We have a very hard-working housekeeping staff that will appreciate the comment about ow clean the condo was. Yes, Beaver Creek West is located in Avon, and we are close to the important things like the ski slopes (both Vail and Beaver Creek), several walkable restaurants, bars and shops. So, getting around is easy. Also, we are sure you enjoyed the FREE skier shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek, which is so convenient and easy. Hopefully after a long day on the slopes you were able to check out the heated pool and one of the three hot tubs on the property. Convenient to town and to the slopes

This condo is just what we needed for our stay. It was very provisioned with all the necessary tools for our week there. When there was an issue with the coffeemaker a simple call yielded us with a brand new one. It was walking distance to town/shopping/restaurants. It came with a shuttle to the gondola which took up to Bachelor’s Gulch. And the Hot tubs/sauna and pool were the best after a day on the slopes. We will be back!

Happy to hear that you appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, sure does save some $$ cooking at home. Very glad you experienced the joys of real live people working at the property's front desk to instantly assist when a coffee maker dies. Glad they got that taken care of right away for you. Nice to hear you used the free skier shuttle, walked to some restaurants/bars in town and of course got to soak in one of the three hot tubs on the property. We enjoyed our stay!

My four person family stayed here to ski at Beaver Creek. The property was clean and as advertised. Check in was smooth. The hot tub was fun and the shuttle was easy to use too. Overall, a good value and we would stay here again.

Thanksgiving PANDEMIC

UPDATED UNIT. Very nice amenities with pool and hot tub still open. Unit was nicely supplied with everything you needed in the kitchen. Possibly the dryer needs to be looked at for proper heat. Enjoyed our stay and the unit is perfect for 4 people. First floor walk in is a tremendous help. Grill clean and working with plenty of gas was great for keeping kitchen clean and uncluttered. Really useful. Enjoyed it and would book again MAYBE...BECAUSE.. Price level is about right but with such a strict cancellation policy it is still a questionable booking even though it is a nice unit.

Hmm the cancellation policy is a standard cancellation policy and has always been fine for 25 years. We, of course have a full refund policy if your trip is effected by COVID, but otherwise pretty standard in the industry. Loved property!

Loved the property! Peaceful getaway with everything you need. We absolutely loved being steps away from Lake Avon! We enjoyed the stroll every night. We would definitely stay again!

We are so happy to hear how much you loved our condo and we also enjoy all of the fantastic experiences we have had at Nottingham Park. Everything you need!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. The pool was easily accesssible from the unit. Great location by the lake!

Hello and thanks so much for taking the time to write a review on our condo at Beaver Creek West! We are very happy you liked it and enjoyed the awesome location right on Nottingham Lake. The location is what makes our condo so special. We are close to everything the town of Avon has to offer, groceries, liquor store, shopping, plenty of restaurants and of course Nottingham Park. The park has so many activities and it's about a 2 minute walk, great amenities!! Safe travels and we hope to see you again soon!!

Great weekend

Very nice! Had everything we needed. Loved the location. We were close to the pool and there is a terrific park nearby with a lake and bike paths.

Great Condo

Our family of 4 stayed and loved the location. Near but not too close to the pool/spa. Free shuttles. Nice towels. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The front entrance is large and great for coats, gear, boots etc. We would love to come back again!

Nice, well kept, updated, and cozy. Close to shuttle and park!

This condo is a great find, especially for the price. The owners have kept it very nice and updated. It was perfect for our family of 4. A park out the back door, close to hot tub, short walk to shuttle especially once we found the closest stop (Lake Street).

Awesome ski weekend!!

What a great place to stay while skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. Condo had everthing we needed!! We shopped for our food at the local grocery store and the kitchen and grill helped us make great meals. The hot tub and pool were a great way to end a long ski day. Will definitely could me back!!
