Bryan's Villa "Where the Views are Endless" Not too good to be true!

Not too good to be true!! Enjoy an affordable and exciting vacation by staying in our beautiful villa. You will not find a more affordable house of this size anywhere in the Virgin Islands. Great for families and extended families, business travelers or the leisure traveler. Get away from the 'ordinary' and put yourself in the middle of the 'extraordinary' without breaking your budget. We do not charge additional fees per person whether a couple or family/friends up to 12, we welcome everyone at the same low price. For families with small children; A few less things to pack; Pack N play, high chair and stroller available on site, let us know in advance to make available prior to arrival. We also have cots available for small children that will be sharing a room with parents. The villa is located in a residential area, we want every visitor to have a pleasant experience however, we do not allow parties or events quite time is 10pm.

Centrally located, just minutes to world's famous Magens Bay beach and a short drive into town for duty-free shopping. Just a few steps to fine dining at the Mafolie Hotel and a short walk for gambling and drinks at Sib's on the Mountain. Also, open for breakfast.

This is a large single-family home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 16x20 pool and large deck, large game room/5th bedroom is equipped with a full-size pool table and a flat-screen TV to keep the family busy when not at the beach or touring the island. You won’t want to leave the air-conditioned master bedroom that mirrors a tropical retreat with a flat-screen TV, separate vanity area and a large sliding door to view the harbor from your king-size bed. The master bathroom has jet showers, room for 2, and a separate large soaking tub and double sinks.

There is a large sectional couch and flat-screen TV and A/C in the living room, the 1/2 bath is off of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar that can sit up to 4, the separate dining room is equipped for 6 person dining. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms all with A/C and there own tv, all with queen size beds, (3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds), all have large windows to view the harbor. There are 2 full-size bathrooms downstairs. Large wrap around porch and chairs for your leisure and a freshwater pond for your viewing pleasure. Rates include host meet and greet at check-in.
