Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot oceanfront balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This inviting condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for your group with 2 sofas (1 is a sleeper sofa) and 2 side chairs. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD Cable TV and HBO! Wireless internet is also provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 4 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a regular coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private luxuriously renovated bathroom. The Master Bedroom comes with an LCD TV with cable. It has a Memory Foam Mattress for a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin bed. It also has direct access to the hall bathroom which has been renovated and features a rock walled rain shower. The Guest bedroom comes with a SMART TV. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin bed. It also has direct access to the hall bathroom which has been renovated and features a rock walled rain shower.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Please come enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer in this fantastic oceanfront condo. This is the perfect time of year to visit the island!

Tastefully decorated condo right on the beach

We came to South Padre for a long weekend and were very happy with our condo. Everything was fresh, clean and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The complex was well maintained and was quiet and centrally located.

Our favorite place to stay at the beach!

We have been staying at the Seabreeze 1 for years! We have never been disappointed. The rooms are so well done! Decorated in great "beach style"! Access to the beach is nice. Pool is a big plus as well!

Wonderful

This property was very clean. Beach access was convenient. Heated pool was an added bonus. Thank you for your book of restaurant and activity recommendations.

Fantastic

From the check in process to check out everything was absolutely amazing . The condo was exactly like the pics and it was so perfect . We did have some issues as the wifi didn’t work for more than half our trip BUT other than that we have ZERO complaints and will 100% book again with them on our next stay .

Amazing Beach Vacation

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was fantastic. Very spacious. We got to wake up to a beautiful beach sunrise. I'm completely amazed at how comfortable and homie we felt. I absolutely will be coming back every year for our family vacations.

Awesome unit!

Everything was a suspected present to us online and we were pleasantly surprised a beautiful view. The weather was great. The condo was amazing very easy to book and very easy to check out. People are very friendly in the office staff in the housekeeping, convenience of elevator and steps to the ocean as presented online will stay again thank you so much. We enjoyed it so very much!

Well it was difficult to know how and where to check in. Then after being up for 24 hours I had workers that were painting and tiling the place wake meet me at 7am eating me to move my vehicle. Threatening that they wouldn’t be liable for damages to my vehucle

Great Location and Views

We had a great stay, all the comforts of home. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast and not have to fight the breakfast place crowds. Quick and easy access to the beach! Only negative was that the walls seem to be really thin, especially on the ceiling. Sounded like people above us were re-arranging furniture at 11pm at night and very heavy footsteps. Made it hard to fall asleep. Otherwise it was a very nice place, kitchen cabinets could use an update, but that was a minor detail.

Great Getaway

Property was nice and clean. Some of the towels were obviously aged and frayed, but they were clean. One of the showers stopped working on day 3, but was fixed by staff promptly. Overall, a great stay. Recommended.

Nice place

Great place for a family pretty quiet location and short walk to the beach. Make sure you take your own beach towels as the only ones we found were white and nobody would ever take a white towel to the beach. Also bring your own TP/ paper towels apparently got there and had 2 rolls of TP and no paper towels. 6 in my family it didn’t last long. For the price kinda thought those items would maybe be fernished but there not. But other than that very accommodating for family’s with kids.

Just what we needed

We loved this property! It had everything we needed, was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was heated and this made it great bc the ocean was still quite cool. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Check in and out was simple and communication was great! Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect!!!

We stayed in this unit for the first time in August and will defiantly be returning! The management was super responsive and easy to work with. The unit had everything you could need - even more we were hoping for. The view is amazing and beach access super easy. The kids had a blast and we were super close to everything. I have sent photos of our trip and accommodations to several friends and recommend it without question. Cant wait to return next year! Jamie I

Grandkids at the beach

Took our grandchildren to the beach for a week, My son and his wife joined us mid week. Plenty of room for all. Had a great time. Pool is just down stairs and the beach 100 yards or so away. The unit is centrally located on the Island and there are many restaurants to chose from. The unit is very well appointed and equipped for total living. Cook if you want to but why would you do that on vacation especially when Yummy's is a few miles away.

Place to be on the beach

My family just stayed for 7 days and had a great time. The condo was clean, great view of the beach and pool. Had a minor issue and management was quick to come up and resolve and was very friendly while doing so. I will recommend to family and friends.

10 days of fun and relaxation

The condo was very clean and extremely well equipped with kitchen appliances, full size washer and dryer, and electronics. Everything was in good order. Pool was very clean and the unit is on the beach and is centrally located on the island. We had a great time and are going back in July with the grand kids.
