Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this luxuriously renovated oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This beautifully renovated condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for your group with 2 sofas (1 is a sleeper sofa) and a side chair. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the Smart 55" TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern granite counter tops you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! The kitchen area has just been updated with all new smart appliances along with the addition of a coffee/dry bar that features a wine & beverage refrigerator and a Keurig machine for your convenience. There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 4 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is a brand new Memory Foam mattress on the King size bed, which is sure to provide you with a wonderful night's sleep. The guest bedroom features a brand new Memory Foam mattress on the Queen size bed and also has one twin bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. It has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with SMART TVs.

The laundry room has also been renovated adding in a counter-top for your convenience the condo features a front load HE washer and dryer.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Direct access to the beach, nice pool/spa. Parking was simple (assigned by unit #). Check in/out was a breeze.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice and the staff was awesome. However the cleanliness of the unit was not what I expected. The pull out couch had goldfish crackers, and crumbs. One of the bedrooms had an empty sofa can behind a nightstand and in the master bathroom there was a dried contact stuck to the mirror. The dishes had dirt spots and the trash bags were the wrong size for the trashcan. All in all none of this would stop me from booking again.

Annual Trip

We visit SPI every summer and stay at Saida. Our usual rental wasn't available and so we stayed at Seabreeze. I can tell you this is our new go to. The condo was perfect. The pics don't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. The proximity to the beach is perfect. Chair and umbrella rentals right in front of the property. The property is small, quiet, and well maintained. Assigned parking is a plus. My suggestion is if you book, be aware of the office hours for check in and that check in instructions are only sent if you plan on arriving after hours. Maybe I missed this bit of info but i wouldn't have known had I not sent a message asking for check in info. We left earlier and arrived before the office closed. We plan on booking again next year.

Excellent Property!

This smaller condo building is exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The condo was nice as well. We like the central location on the beach, away from some of the busier larger complexes. The staff at the complex was efficient and friendly. We will definitely return!

Great place

Our stay was fabulous the place had everything we needed. Perfect beach view and walking distance to several stores. Our host was able to extend our stay. I will definitely be staying here again next year if still available. One tip I would give future visitors(nothing wrong on host) is if your planning on cooking take oil and salt.

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first time to stay here. Everything was so nicely furnished and very clean. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Beach Condo

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck chairs with a great view of the beach for morning coffee or afternoon beverages. It was a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely rent this condo again.

As comfortable as home!

This condo has everything necessary for a relaxing week at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pans, dishes etc. The towels were plentiful and of high quality. The bed (only tried the master bedroom) was very comfortable - and you can't beat the view of a gorgeous sunrise every morning. The bathrooms have been nicely updated. The furniture in the living room was all very comfortable and the TV was great. I felt very welcomed by Angie upon my arrival and given keys, access codes, wifi password, wristbands etc. One bonus that we found extremely helpful was the notebook in the condo with recommendations for restaurants and activities. This will be our go-to vacation spot in the future.

Very nice condo but needs some minor tweaking!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Management is superb! Here are our suggestions for minor tweaking: 1. Put a foam topper on the large sleep sofa. My son experienced some discomfort using it -- he's 32 years old. 2. Replace the lamps in guest bedroom. They are of such low wattage it is impossible to read much less see well since there is only one window in the room. 3. I cook during our vacation and while I don't expect a chef's stove I do think it's time to replace the burners! Pots and pans will not set evenly on them. These are items the condo's owner needs to address. Do we like Seabreeze 1?? We've been staying there since 1984!!!!

Weekend of 6-20

Everything great but the main tv in the living room. It's an Internet tv but I couldn't connect to the Internet via this. It should be set up. Honestly it's a waste to have such an awesome tv and not use it to its full potential! Good thing the DVD had a hdmi cable so I used it for my computer for Netflix. Also hbo doesn't have signal. As a customer of the same cable company they removed that channel to TVs that don't have what they call the box. That should be either fixed or removed from the condos desorption.

Kiting getaway

My friend and I found your Condo to have a very home like atmostphere and we enjoyed our stay there very much. I will be returning to South Padre one day and hopefully stay in one of your Condos. I am sure you said no pets when I made reservations and yet you ask would I recommend this property to pet owners...a liitle confused!
