This two-room maisonette apartment is located near the hospital on a quiet street with a beautiful view of the Inn River. The nearby Neuburger Wald recreational area offers opportunities for walking and biking. A parking space assigned to the apartment ensures convenient parking during your stay. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator or stairs. On the first floor of the duplex apartment is the spacious kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric stove, as well as the living room with a large corner sofa, a TV, and a sound system (ALEXA). A dining table for four people completes the open-concept living space. The spacious terrace, offering a magnificent view of the Inn River, is easily accessible through a balcony door. The terrace features a large dining table and additional chairs. A staircase inside the apartment leads to the upper level of the maisonette apartment. On the upper floor, there is a small work area with a desk and office chair, as well as the bathroom with a toilet, sink, bathtub/shower, and washing machine. The bedroom is accessible through a separate door. The bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a large closet. Another small terrace invites you to relax. Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking.
