Your spacious vacation home by the sea in Koserow on the island of Usedom.
Your spacious vacation home was originally built around the turn of the century in the style typical of the homes of Berliners who spent their summers there at the time. In 2020, it was completely renovated and restored and now meets the high standards expected of a modern vacation home for larger families or groups. Up to 18 people (14 beds in 7 bedrooms, 1 extra bed, 3 cribs) can find rest and relaxation here. The first floor features a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens directly onto the partially covered terrace, which offers ample seating for all guests. A grill is available, as are lounge chairs for enjoying the sun. In addition to the 7 bedrooms, there are 4 bathrooms with showers, 2 separate restrooms, and an on-site sauna. The bathroom and bedroom on the first floor are also wheelchair-accessible. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire vacation home, including on the terrace. The large TV in the living room turns every TV show into a shared experience. In addition, some of the bedrooms have their own TVs. It’s comfortable here even during the cold season. The wood-burning stove in the living area adds extra coziness when you return from a walk on the beach.
300 meters to the Baltic Sea beach—children welcome
The vacation home, which is approximately 230 square meters in size, is only about a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. At 42 kilometers, the beach on Usedom is the longest continuous sandy beach in Germany.
The flat coastline near the new pier and the cliffs along the wooded Streckelsberg offer a variety of sights and experiences worth seeing and enjoying. Usedom is an attractive vacation destination not only when viewed from the Baltic Sea but also away from the coast.
For those who enjoy hiking or biking, Koserow is the ideal starting and ending point for exploring the surrounding area, as the town—with its fieldstone church in the historic village center—is located in the middle of the island, right on the Baltic Sea.
Within walking distance of your vacation home, you’ll find restaurants, a mini-golf course, a children’s playground, a grocery store, and a department store.
Thanks to its location, the vacation home is an ideal base for an active family vacation.
