Modern, cozy vacation apartment for 5 people

Our newly renovated vacation rental, with 72 m² of living space on the first floor, can accommodate 1–5 people. The cozy kitchen-living room, featuring a dining area, sleeper sofa, and flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, which can be arranged together or separately. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, large lighted mirror, and towel warmer rounds out the overall experience. Especially in the summer, you’re welcome to enjoy relaxing evenings with a barbecue or a campfire in our garden. The vacation rental includes a garden where you can relax, barbecue, or let the kids play. The surrounding area offers many places to visit and activities to enjoy, such as biking, hiking, and swimming at the local outdoor pool, the Keldorado water park, or in various lakes and ponds. The tranquil and historic town of Siegenburg is centrally located between the Danube, the Altmühl Valley, and the Hallertau region. Here you’ll find everything you need for daily life right nearby and within walking distance: a supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, and restaurants. In about 10 minutes, you can reach the town of Abensberg, which offers a wide variety of cultural and dining options as well as additional shopping opportunities. Regensburg, Ingolstadt, and Landshut are also only about 30 minutes away each and are well worth a visit! Payment is made on site in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over on-site or via self-check-in. You’ll receive the code via email well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking. A charging station for e-bikes is available.
