Welcome to our accessible and wheelchair-friendly vacation rental in the heart of the historic town center! Enjoy the proximity to restaurants, ice cream parlors, and other recreational facilities, all just a few steps away from the apartment.

Our 67-square-meter ground-floor apartment features a private southwest-facing terrace with patio furniture and a storage room for bicycles. A private parking space is available right in front of the building.

The bathroom has a modern design and offers plenty of storage space for cosmetics and toiletries with two mirrored cabinets. A walk-in shower with a shower curtain, folding seat, and grab bars allows wheelchair users to make full use of the space. A wheelchair-accessible toilet and a wheelchair-accessible sink with a grab bar round out the amenities.

The two separate bedrooms offer different levels of comfort: The first is furnished with a higher-comfort double bed and offers plenty of space, while the second features a double bed at standard height.

The spacious living area consists of an open kitchen with an adjoining dining area and an additional living area with comfortable seating and satellite TV.
The property has LTE access with limited internet speed (subject to data allowance availability).
