Located right on Nordboulevard, the village center is within walking distance. Private garage!

The apartment has been stylishly renovated and modernized (Jan./Feb. 2025). Thanks to a beautiful feature wall with plenty of glass and new Swiss Sense beds, the apartment now has a second bedroom. From this bedroom, you’ll have a stunning view of the sea! The luxury kitchen is being redesigned with a light wood finish. The fresh colors and new window treatments ensure a pleasant stay. 

From your private garage beneath the building, you can reach your apartment entirely indoors via the elevator. You enter the corner apartment through the spacious hallway, which features a small storage closet and a separate half-bath.


From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach, and the center of Egmond aan Zee with its lighthouse. Thanks to its corner location, the interior is extremely bright and offers beautiful views in various directions from both the living room and the balcony. The apartment features a balcony on the southwest side, allowing you to enjoy it even during the day. 



The living room features a two-seater sofa, reclining chairs, a digital TV, and a dining area with 4 chairs. From the living room, you have access to the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. 


The open-concept luxury kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker (filter), a Nespresso machine, and a kettle.



Ocean-facing bedroom: This master bedroom features comfortable Swiss Sense box-spring beds, a TV, and a desk (ideal for a workation!). The bedroom offers a fantastic view of the beach and the sea. The bathroom is en suite.


Village-Side Bedroom: From this bedroom, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the village. This bedroom features luxury box-spring beds (2 separate 90 cm × 200 cm mattresses + a 180 cm × 200 cm double mattress topper), a TV, and a large closet. The bathroom is en suite. 



The luxurious bathroom has been completely renovated and features a modern shower, a double sink, a vanity, and a washing machine. The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms.

A high chair and a crib are provided as standard. 

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are allowed only upon request.



The house comes with its own garage (approx. 1.95 m high x 2.26 m wide). It is located at the foot of the Sterflat complex. You must use this parking space. If your car does not fit in the garage, we will be happy to inform you about other parking options. For your information: Parking in Egmond aan Zee is subject to a fee.
