Riverside at its best - this two bedroom, second floor accommodation is perfect for couples, friends or families. Was completely remodeled - carpet, hardwood floors, paint, trim, blinds, cabinets, fireplace, furnishings, tile and more! Designer décor in every detail.

Kick your shoes off when you enter this beautiful accommodation and cozy up in front of the gas fireplace. Living area is complete with large, 55' Smart TV (included Premium Channels HBO, Cinemax, Starz and Showtime), Jawbone Bluetooth entertainment speaker system, comfy seating area and spectacular artwork,. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the River below and the twitter of hummingbirds on the deck overlooking the San Miguel River and Town of Telluride.

Enjoy entertaining in the remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and breakfast bar with cowhide stools and dining table that seats four comfortably.

Mosey downstairs to the Master bedroom with king-size platform bed, 46' Smart TV, luxurious linens, views of the San Miguel and soothing sounds of the gurgling river. Master bathroom has all new tile, soaking tub/shower combination and vanity with rich blue/turquoise tones.

Guest bedroom has two twin beds, smaller flat-screen TV and large closet. Bathroom has brand new glass steam shower, new tile and vanity in same rich blue tones. We've added a deluxe cot and mattress to accommodate an extra person.

Your accommodation wouldn't be complete without washer/dryer for convenience, common area hot tub for exclusive use by Owners and guests, on-site parking and convenient location. - just a block from the Gondola and two blocks to downtown.

Riverside is one of Telluride's most popular locations - in summer hop right on the Bear Creek trail for a hike to the falls or stroll along the San Miguel River trail. A short walk to Town Park and a half block across the pedestrian bridge to the Gondola station and chair 8 base. Many popular restaurants within a block or two and the Village Market is close by.

Great location. Easy to walk around town and to the gondola. We did not use the kitchen, so I can’t speak to that, but overall was a great rental. Check-in was easy and property manager was quick to respond to questions.

We had a great stay at this clean and attractively-decorated 2 bedroom condo. Its location close to restaurants, and with a flowing stream just off the deck, makes it feel like you're in nature, but just a short walk to activities. The kitchen features excellent cookware and accessories.

Amazing Vacay Spot

Heaven on earth is how I would describe this place! First time in Telluride- beautiful place & condo is in the perfect place right on the river! Loved sitting on the balcony every day listening to the flowing river, beautiful sunrises with the mountain surround & birds chirping! Condo has every amenity you'll ever need! Didn't want to ever leave! Easy walk to shops in town, gondola, bike rentals, hiking trails, etc. Host even had humidifier we could use. Lots of kitchen amenities to cook with. My son really enjoyed the steam shower. Just a dream come true really. Thank you for your hospitality. Want to come back already.

Beautiful, comfortable condo. Located right on the river for beautiful moments on the patio, a couple blocks away from the main drag, the town park, and the gondola station. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook. Comfy bedrooms downstairs - the guest room was perfect for our two daughters who LOVED it. We had a wonderful three days with our kids over Fourth of July. Could not have picked a better place!

Loved this condo a few blocks from the gondola (short 5 minute walk). Great for a family of 4. All the amenities you need. Perfect location to hop right on the lift/gondola and ski back to town. Close to all the great restaurants and shops. Nicely kept and up to date condo. Will stay again!

Amazing location in the heart of Telluride

Great location, great property. We really enjoyed the place and it had all we needed and then some. The property manager was great and responsive to all questions and minor items that came up during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic ski vacation

Our family of 4 loved this property! It was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Beautiful views and we loved the fireplace. Property manager was very responsive. Location is perfect and everything in Telluride is walking distance. Highly recommend this property!

Not Ski in/out, but still a great stay

I specifically was searching for Ski in/out and this property was shown as Ski in/out and they also include this in the tile of the listing at this time. However, it’s 450-500 steps from this condo to the lift. There is a trail along the river that is slightly downhill, so it was possible in the mornings to walk 1/2 block to the trail and then ski/skate to the lift. However, when done with skiing it’s a 2 block walk. So I was disappointed that I was specifically looking for this ski in/out accommodation and this wasn’t it. The Pros: easy walk to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer, and tall ceilings on the main floor. Also, the place had a lot of extras like cooking oil, aluminum foil, soap, etc. pretty view of the river. Cons: not ski in/out. Walls are very thin between units and we could hear people talking (pretty clearly) in the adjacent unit. Zero storage space for suitcases - the owners lock the storage closest and the even the spaces under the beds are completely taken by owners clothes stored in plastic bins.

Incredible location and great place

Loved it! Super clean. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Just overall a great place and we would happily stay there again. Management was super responsive. The owners would be pleased at how well their property is run. Could not ask for more in Telluride.

Riverside retreat

Lovely rivers edge setting along the San Miguel River in the town of Telluride. Property was clean, quiet and very comfortable for my wife and I. Great location near the base of the gondola, farmers market, Bear Creek trailhead, etc etc. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and setting. Would definitely return.

Great location, has everything you need

The condo was great for our family of 4, and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to restaurants in town and to the gondola to mountain village. With 2 kids 7 and 9, it could easily feel like a headache to get anywhere with skis, but it didn’t! Total win.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect place for our long weekend in Telluride! We loved everything about this condo. It was in a great location, had beautiful views, was well decorated, and had everything we needed. It also included nice extras like the steam shower, fireplace, and access to the community hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Can't beat the views and location to town!

We booked this place for a few reasons but the top two were we wanted a place that had views of the mountains / nature and a place that was a short walking distance to the restaurants and gondola. This townhome delivered way beyond my expectations on both and so much more!! The bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen and family room are on the second / top floor. The vaulted ceilings and the two levels makes the space feel so big a roomy that you can really relax when you are there. Our favorites: the views, being right on the river, the fireplace, the community jacuzzi, the beds, and how close it was to the restaurants and gondola. I would highly recommend staying here.

Another Great Stay

The condo is very clean and has everything we needed for our family's annual ski trip. The location can't be beat for access to town, the river trail, the gondola and restaurants. This was our second stay here and we had another great week!

Great stay

Great Unit & Perfect Location

This was a great unit to stay in for our week in Telluride skiing. It definitely met expectations based on the online listing and reviews - but the pictures online don't capture the high ceilings and sky lights of the living / dining / kitchen area top floor. It was awesome to get all the natural light throughout the day. The location is great - on the river and two blocks to the lifts/gondola. Close to great restaurants and bars and to Colorado avenue for shopping/browsing. Also along the river trail to take you to other destinations in Telluride. I'd definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful place in perfect location

I have to admit, this space could not have been better for myself, wife, and two year old daughter. Quick walk to the gondola for me to go skiing and amazing location for my family to enjoy the beautiful town of Telluride. If you have any doubts about where to stay in Telluride, I can’t emphasize enough how perfect this location is for all. In addition, Lauren (owner) and Victoria (property manager) were extremely responsive and helpful the entire time. To both of you, thank you for such a perfect experience in our first trip to Telluride!

Exceptional ski vacation spot

This was an exceptional place to stay. Great location, fully stocked with every amenity you might need, and very cozy and comfy place to hang when not skiing. Gorgeous views of the terrace overlooking the river. Phenomenal location for skiing as well -- just a few short blocks to Oak St lift and the Gondola. My stay could not have been better. Absolutely no complains. Loved it!!
