Welcome to Seepark Kirchheim—located in the heart of Germany.
The best way to reach Seepark Kirchheim is via the A5 and A7 at the Kirchheimer Dreieck interchange. From there, it’s just over 5 km into a side valley where Seepark Kirchheim is located.
The vacation homes at Mein-Seepark.de are located almost side by side in Village 1 and offer a view of the lake from the south-facing balcony or terrace. At the reservoir, just 200 meters away, you can't only fish and swim but also go wakeboarding and water skiing.
For those who don’t want to get in the water, there’s also a trampoline park, a sunbathing lawn, a walking trail around the lake, …
For guests who prefer to explore the beautiful natural surroundings, there are numerous hiking and biking trails around the house and nearby. For many, sightseeing and shopping are also part of a vacation. Right in Kirchheim, you’ll find a Puma outlet, or you can explore the pedestrian zone in Bad Hersfeld. Bad Hersfeld also has plenty to offer culturally, such as the famous Bad Hersfeld Festival.

The municipality of Kirchheim charges a bed tax of 1.00 euro per person per night. This is not included in your booking and will be billed to you after your departure.
Electricity costs (including heating and hot water) are not included in your booking but will be billed based on usage. The cost is 0.50 euros per kWh. We use 100% green electricity.
If you’d like to use the wood-burning stove, please bring your own firewood or purchase it at Rewe or Trigema in Kirchheim.
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you’d like to arrive earlier or depart later, you can book this through our guest portal.
After booking, you’ll need to check in online via our guest portal. You’ll receive the login information with your reservation confirmation.
A security deposit of 150 EUR must be paid prior to your arrival.
Rentals are exclusively for vacation guests; business travelers and service technicians are not permitted!
Guests staying at Ferienhaus Felix (House 27) and Ferienhaus Helly (House 36) have exclusive use of the private barrel sauna located next to their respective houses. The flat fee for the mandatory final cleaning is 50 euros and can be added during online check-in.

The Felix Vacation Home from Mein-Seepark is a cozy, detached house for up to 6 people, situated on an open lot with a beautiful view of the lake. Kirchheim is located in the center of Germany. The vacation homes are clustered around the picturesque lake. The living space is spread over three levels. The house is fully furnished and features three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. On the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy the view of the lake, have a barbecue, and relax. Your cozy living room on the first floor features a large sofa and a large dining table for 6 people, as well as a wood-burning stove with 3 viewing windows. This way, you can see the blazing fire from the sofa or even from the dining table. To keep you and your friends entertained, there’s a selection of board games as well as a TV with a DVD player and an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for browsing the web and checking email.
