From the hallway on the first floor, you’ll enter the spacious living and dining area. Here you’ll find a cozy couch, a TV, and a large dining table with plenty of room for everyone. On cooler days, a fireplace provides cozy warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. From here, you have access to the garden with a patio. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, wine refrigerator) and offers plenty of space for preparing delicious meals. There is also a guest restroom on this level. The basement (souterrain) features a bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and a TV. On this level, you’ll find the bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, toilet, and a sauna. Here, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved break. A staircase leads to the first floor, where the hallway opens onto two additional bedrooms, both equipped with a TV. One bedroom features a double bed (box spring) and the other a single bed (box spring). On this level is the second bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. A staircase then leads you to the attic of the half of the vacation home, where you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and a TV. A parking space is available at the vacation home.

A well-behaved dog is allowed with prior notice (€10 per pet per day).

The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
