House Rules/Pricing Info:
All nightly rates are based on a maximum of 2 guests.
Each additional person is charged €23 per night.
Plus a one-time fee of €290 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule arrival and departure days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up):€4.10 per person per day from May 1 through October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 through April 30.
The visitor’s tax is due at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
