This casa is an old renovated stone house in the village of Žbandaj, approx. 7 km from Porec and the beach. A well-known restaurant is in the immediate vicinity and a shop is 200 metres away. The house was built in traditional Istrian style and partially renovated in 2014. On the 200 m², fully fenced property, guests have access to a small garden, a private pool with sun loungers, a brick barbecue, a summer kitchen with a fireplace and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a car park in the courtyard and two further private parking spaces in front of the house.
The holiday home with pool has a living area of 90 m2 spread over two floors and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with shower/WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful panoramic view and seating. The house is fully air-conditioned and has WLAN. Pets are welcome.
