The 41-square-meter Nova 3XL mobile home is located in the 4* Isamar vacation village. This well-maintained and family-friendly resort is situated directly on the sea in Isolaverde. Thanks to its ideal location, Isamar offers exciting activities for all ages. It borders the sea with a beautiful sandy beach and is just a few minutes’ drive from Chioggia (also known as “Little Venice”). Several pools, playgrounds, restaurants, entertainment/mini-club, plenty of sports facilities, the gently sloping beach, and a wide variety of dining options make the resort an ideal vacation destination. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
The Nova 3XL mobile home is modernly furnished and accommodates up to 10 people. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The third bedroom offers sleeping accommodations for 6 people with two single beds and two bunk beds. It also has an attached bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The outdoor area features an open kitchen and a large, comfortably furnished terrace with tables and chairs. The kitchen features an induction stove, pots, dishes, silverware, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. This living area is equipped with sliding Cristal glass walls and sheer curtains, which can be easily adjusted depending on the outside temperature. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 3 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The Isamar vacation village is located directly on a 50,000 m² private beach. The beautiful sandy beach features both a section with lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rent and a large open section. Guests have access to a wide range of water sports: windsurfing, sailing, and canoeing; private and group sports lessons are organized by trained staff. Additionally, the beach features two beach volleyball courts and a fitness area for aerobics and dance classes. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can grab a quick snack in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning until evening and offers a welcoming selection of refreshing treats. Paved walkways along the beach lead all the way to the water’s edge, the umbrellas, and the beach bar, ensuring access for strollers and people with disabilities. Lifeguards on duty ensure your safety throughout the day.
POOL
The Isamar is a paradise for pool lovers! Just a few meters from the beach lies the Isamar’s massive pool complex. It offers plenty of fun for all ages. Guests can choose from 6 water slides, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a pool with a counter-current system, a wading pool with a slide and water features for the little ones, and a lagoon-style pool with a rubberized floor and water features. A hot tub provides a place to relax. Those who prefer a quieter pool experience will find a relaxation pool for adults and children in front of the restaurant. Another highlight is the daily swimming lessons and water aerobics classes for guests. Private lessons are also available. Lifeguards ensure guest safety in all pools during operating hours.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Children are the real stars of the Isamar world. Nothing there is more important than the enjoyment of our young guests. Safety is, of course, the top priority—even at the mini-club for children ages 4 and up, where multilingual staff take care of the little ones in the mornings and afternoons. Everything a child could wish for is available: Inflatable bounce houses, a large playground with a skating rink, table tennis, the Dolphin Club’s arts-and-crafts room, and the arcade. The fun continues with the kids’ disco, the baby show, sports classes for children, and much, much more. The entertainment program is the heartbeat of the Isamar. A team of entertainment professionals invites guests of all ages to participate in sports and games. Anyone who wants to stay in shape during their vacation can simply follow the daily entertainment schedule under professional guidance: Aerobics, water aerobics, swimming lessons, tennis, archery, step aerobics, and much more are available at the Fitness Pavilion. In the afternoons, soccer and beach volleyball tournaments take place, and in the late afternoon, Latin dance classes are held on the beach. And in the evening, when it’s time to “lights out—spotlight on,” all the activity leaders become show stars and present musicals, dance shows, cabaret, and a diverse international entertainment program in the theater tent.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
If you want to stay in shape while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice: tennis courts, a soccer field, a mini-soccer field, beach volleyball, inline skating, and archery. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied daily fitness program featuring stretching, water aerobics, step aerobics, Latin dance classes, and yoga. On the beach, you can rent windsurfing boards, sailboats, and canoes. Group swimming and tennis lessons are held daily, and private lessons are also available upon request. Next to the sports pool is the diving center, which offers beginner courses as well as open-water diving courses and PADI certification. The riding stable is just a few minutes outside the resort and offers riding lessons for adults and children, therapeutic riding, and trail rides along the shores of the lagoon. The “Isamar Wellness Center” offers a wide variety of treatments: massages (anti-stress, Shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, Californian massage) and many different body and facial treatments (all by appointment). The wellness center offers a wide range of personalized treatments for body care and beauty. The fitness center is open daily. A personal trainer is available upon request to provide guidance on proper workout techniques.
SHOPPING
The resort features a variety of shops: a supermarket with a bakery, a fishmonger from the famous Chioggia fish market, a general store with newspapers, books, beach gear, clothing, and toys; the Annamaria Pontarin boutique; the jewelry store; and the Tuscan wine and delicatessen shop.
DINING
The apartment features a comfortably furnished kitchen. Shopping options are also nearby. Of course, you can also take advantage of half-board or full-board options at favorable rates. You’re welcome to book these on-site (no advance reservation is necessary). In Isamar, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants where you can enjoy regional and international specialties. Italian cuisine is famous around the world, and the restaurants leave nothing to be desired with their rich selection of fresh dishes. Il Girasole: the best regional dishes, fresh fish straight from the fish market in Chioggia, pizza, and a large outdoor grill. Festivals and barbecue parties are held here weekly. Al Tendone: a quick bite for lunch and a pizzeria and beer hall in the evening. Sale e Pepe: a restaurant with a wide variety of takeout options. Delice: a pastry shop and ice cream parlor—perfect for breakfast in the morning, an aperitif later in the day, and an ice cream sundae in the evening! Beach Bar: As the name suggests, this snack bar is located on the beach and is open all day. In the evening, it’s the place to go for a cocktail right on the beach. For all night owls, La Cabaña—located just outside the resort—opens its doors in the evening. An old country house has been transformed into an atmospheric restaurant with a pizzeria, and after dinner, the venue turns into a lounge bar and disco, featuring a spacious park and two dance floors.
PETS
The resort has designated areas where pets are welcome. Up to 2 dogs weighing a maximum of 35 kg are allowed upon registration at the time of booking. Dangerous dog breeds are not permitted (especially Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans). For medium-sized dogs, a muzzle must be carried with you. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
The resort has its own infirmary, which is open daily and staffed by a nurse trained in first aid. A pediatrician is available at the resort once a day for one hour. A laundromat is available for your use at the resort.

The resort is right on the beach, making it ideal for families with young children. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the beautiful town of Chioggia, also known as “Little Venice.” There you’ll find impressive buildings as well as the fish market.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Isola Verde is located just south of Chioggia on the beautiful Adriatic coast and is ideal for anyone seeking contact with nature and the tranquility of the sea. Along the Adige and Brenta rivers, you can enjoy unspoiled countryside where flora and fauna thrive in their natural habitat. A bike ride or a walk in the nearby Nordio Forest also offers relaxation for the body and plenty to see. Isola Verde is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the immediate and wider surroundings. In no time at all, you can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just 20 minutes away. It’s not for nothing that it’s also called “Little Venice”—its palaces and canals, with their many bridges, are reminiscent of Venice. But the pace of life in Chioggia is much more leisurely. Every Thursday, Chioggia hosts a weekly market that’s one of the largest in the entire region. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also definitely worth a visit. If you’re looking for a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus water park fun!!!) in Ravenna.
