Holiday Home 'Eifellandhaus' with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

This natural vacation home with a large terrace is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends in the Eifel.



The vacation home has seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and is 230 m² in size. It can accommodate up to 21 guests, including a maximum of 17 adults. The house has two fully equipped living areas, which are connected by an intermediate door. This means you and your friends live under one roof, but still have enough privacy and time for yourself.



The vacation home has a large separate kitchen on the first floor and a combined kitchen, dining and living room with kitchenette on the top floor.



The large communal dining room on the first floor can seat a total of over 20 people at two tables. The large dining table seats 14 people. There is also a smaller table that seats a further eight guests.



A total of 7 bedrooms with 21 beds are available, of which a maximum of 17 beds are suitable for adults. There are 4 double rooms, 3 four-bed rooms and 1 multi-bed room with 5 beds.



There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a window.



Outside there is an area of around 1,000 m². In front of the house, facing south, you will find a large terrace with enough seating for all guests. Behind the vacation home there is also a small terrace with seating and a large lawn. There is also a large charcoal barbecue. There is plenty of parking space directly in front of the house.



Night's rest outside from 11 pm. Unaccompanied youth groups, young adults (up to 25 years), stag parties or drinking parties are not welcome.
