Step inside, and the first door leads to the first bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features a double bed. Opposite is the bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A few steps further, and you'll find yourself in the modernly furnished living/dining room.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Playing a game together at the dining table is also great fun. The leather sofa offers plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably together.

From the living room, you can step outside to the comfortable seating area or the dining table under the covered veranda. In the south-facing garden with a wooden fence and garden house, you can enjoy well-deserved peace and relaxation on the garden chairs. The garden is fully enclosed and secured with a gate.

A washing machine is available in the house. The car can be parked approximately 90 meters from the house.

If your travel group is not family, all travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can only be rented/used for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
