The south-facing end terraced house was recently renovated and refurbished. Only the highest quality materials were used, such as beech real wood parquet in the bedrooms and floor-heated tiles in the kitchen, living and dining room.
The property is located on the quiet outskirts of Großostheim with ample parking facilities.
The entrance to the house is on the ground floor and can be accessed barrier-free.
The dining area with open, fully equipped kitchen is generously proportioned and the 2.40 metre long oak dining table can comfortably seat up to 6 people.
